This place is neat in theory being the birthplace of pepsi and all but it's really just a small store/cafe. Stop in and check it out and move on.

A fun place to stop for a Pepsi and a little history. We stopped in about 20 minutes before closing and they had closed down the popcorn machine, which was disappointing. On the plus side, a refreshing drink is inexpensive and you can view a plethora of Pepsi memorabilia.

The fountain Pepsi really does taste different - refreshingly different! and the Pepsi floats are a MUST.

This is a neat little historic landmark, but it doesn't seem to capitalize on what an impactful location this really is. You'd think the birthplace of one of the most popular brands in the world would have big signage and unparalleled advertising. Not so. Half of this place is made to look like the old timey soda shop. They have... More

If you have ever visited the Coke museum in Atlanta, it is nothing at all like that. Pretty much a gift shop. Cute little town though.

Quaint reminder of where Pepsi was first introduced. Poda fountain and memorabilia will help remind you of what pepsi means to New Bern.

I`m glad it only took about 5 minutes out of my life. A glorified souvenir shop with a few artifacts.

It was not what we expected. More of a gift shop. Pepsi float was disappointing and so was the visit. Stop in just to see it and say you have been there but that's about all!

It's nice to be able to enjoy the original history of something we consume on a regular basis. The original fountain etc.is still there and serving. Very nostalgic

Basic gift store of pepsi merchandise.. Th best thing was a video history of Pepsi from a TV hung on the wall , no place to sit , has to stand to listen.. needs real improvement for the history … cost is free, one time visit only
