Although living not far from the Lazy 5 Ranch for many years, I was hesitant to visit when I learned you could either drive your vehicle - risking damage by the animals - or ride the wagon. I prefer walking so though the wagon would only take designated trails and I would miss stopping to enjoy the animal's antics. Not... More

If you go here you have to take the wagon ride. It was amazing how we were so close to such a variety of animals from brahma Bulls to water buffaloes and large birds like ostrich and emu. My 6 and 3 year olds had a blast and so did my wife and I. When we visit the area again... More

We had a fun time at the ranch. It was well worth the money that we pay to get in. We drove a rental car through the animal area. I was very worried that the animals were going to scratch the paint. A goat jumped up on the door at one point but there was no damage. Be sure you... More

Went to visit the Lazy 5 Ranch for the first time in years and it isn't like it used to be when I took my little girls years ago. It was SO expensive first of all. And they claim to have many animals and they do but for the most part they're a lot of the same animal. I had... More

We loved it! The kids has so much fun! The animals were all beautiful and sticking their heads inside the car for food! A place for sure to make you laugh and scream! But in a good fun way!!! The path is like 1 1/2 hour drive and we went late in the afternoon and it was empty! A lovely... More

We did the wagon ride, which included lots of food to feed the animals. We sat at the front near the driver so we were able to hear all the information and ask lots of questions (the others in the back were talking and probably missed many interesting facts). Our driver (older gentleman) was very knowledgeable and nice. The grounds... More

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to the ranch along with our son who lives in the area. We rode the wagon and were amazed with all the animals. The wait was only about 15 minutes but we had made reservations for the wagon ride.

This was my 2nd trip and I would go back. We took our 2 year old and it was exciting to see his reactions to the animals. I'm always scared and was terrified at the animals sticking their heads in the car searching for food. My only advice would be to purchase extra feed because some of the animals get... More

Great place a must see if you have kids. The kids will love this just don't roll down the windows if you don't want the aminals sticking their heads in your car! They will take your feed bucket right out of your car!
