It was fun feeding the animals. One bucket of feed per person is plenty. You can feed the animals in the petting zoo, through your car window on the animal trail, and on the wagon ride. If you are taking the wagon ride, you will be given a bucket of feed per person there, so you will not need to... More

Take the wagon ride option, it allowed you to interact with the animals and hear funny stories about the personalities of the animals. We (all adults) had a great time and would gladly go again.

Of course there could always be better care for the animals but much better than the zoo. They have room to roam. The kids love lazy 5.

Okay, I'm going to start off with the positives- when we went, it wasn't raining, and the lemur island was okay, that's it. The rest are negatives... I went there with my grandpa, and at the time they had a 4 month old baby giraffe, which they clearly had separated from its mother and father, and at this young of... More

Even though you risk your vehicle getting scratched, it is a great experience for animal lovers like me...

We took the wagon tour of the Lazy 5 Ranch. Three of our grandchildren and our DIL accompanied us. We boarded the wagon and the driver, I believe his name was Jake, advised us of some of the rules of the park. We were lucky in that there were only 11 of us on that particular wagon, so we had... Our family had a blast at Lazy 5 Ranch. The deer were gorgeous, the pigs fat & cute and the giraffes were majestic. Such an awesome experience being face to face with a zebra!! Will definitely go back!

The animal's welfare seems to be a lower priority than this cash only business. The animals are overfed a feed that would not naturally be in their diets and many live in small enclosures that are not kept up with well. When we visited a horse pulling the wagon behind us fell on the ground. We did not see how... More

We have enjoyed our visits to Lazy 5. Lots of positives about this location. Great for education and experiencing animals in a relaxed environment. Feel that the The event with the Easter Bunny can be managed so that it is more enjoyable. Pre sell tickets on line, bus people in for the event by parking at a remote location, organize... More

This attraction is great fun. Live locally and have visited several times. Great for guests. The animals are always hungry. Be aware they will come right up to your car and sometimes be a bit "nosey", literally! Great selection of animals both in the large drive-through area and in the zoo area. Picnic tables and a playground are available. The... More
