At first I was skeptical about pay more for a wagon ride but then I realized I didn't want my car to get dented up by possible animals. So we did the wagon and it was more enjoyable because we got better encounters with the animals. The ostriches didn't play around with trying to get food haha. Visit if you... More

What a wonderful place and so nice to have in the area as there's not much to do with young children close by. Walking around is our favorite part, seeing the kangaroos and sheep. Just wish they'd offer pony rides like their other location, Zootastic.

My boyfriend and I went here on a date. We had so much fun that It's hard to explain in words. The animals are so well behaved and it's such a fun experience. Would be perfect for families with children! It's so inexpensive as well. At eleven dollars per person and three dollars per feed bucket, you really can't beat... More

I have visited here numerous times over the last 11 years. The animals always delight and surprise me..just a few tips: avoid busy times if possible so you can leisurely drive through; note that it can be very dusty when its been dry; and allow time to walk through the 'garden' portion where they house exotic birds, pygmy goats, kangaroos,etc.... This is our 4th year visiting the lazy 5 ranch for the easter egg drop. We have made it a little tradition that we will definitely continue. We get there between 9:00-9:15 to park and get children to bathroom ect. We drive 1hr and 40 mins to get there. This year we went straight to play with the bunnies and... More

For more than a year now I have been trying to get my family to go here. Last Easter we couldn't go because of the weather, so I planned on going this year due to awesome reviews this place has. We drove an hour to get there, only to wait 2 hours just to get inside the gates. I guess... More

We drove through the ranch, and it took about an hour. We loved every minute. Many animals walked right up to our car and stuck their heads in. Lots of animals, and it seems like such a great place for them to live. Highly recommended!

We arrived at 9:45 for the 10:15 wagon ride. It's good to go early when the animals are hungry. Beautiful setting on 180 some acre ranch. * Be sure to take cash -no credit cards accepted ! Also good to call ahead to make a reservation if you want to ride a wagon (the only way that you will get... More

First of all, it is definitely fun for all ages! Our senior group from church went last year and we all had a wonderful time! Being able to ride on the wagons and interact with all the animals was a plus for some of us who are not as mobile as others- no one felt left out-not even the animals... More
