Very exciting carting, if not a little scary. Those carts really boogie. I thought i was going pretty fast until a few youngsters blew by me around the turns. The paintball room is cool as well. Lots of electronic games add to the experience. Neat place for parties.

Family of four with boys aged 10 and 13 had a blast here looking to escape the sun and heat during a recent Lake Norman vacation. Karts were awesome as was laser tag. Staff was very friendly/helpful/polite. Granted, the place was mostly empty when we were there as NC kids were already in school but it was a great time!

I have hosted two team-building events here for work and have been with my children (ages 10, 6 & 4) several times. For team-building, we found the meeting rooms very comfortable (comfortable chairs, large conference table and large, flat-screen for PowerPoint presentations). One of the meeting rooms overlooks the track. There was some karting going on during our meeting, but... More

Super fun and unique place for a birthday party. In this case my daughters’ birthday party and 7 guests. We had never been prior, so we booked a party room ahead of time. Booking a room is somewhat problematic, as you paying in advance for the activities you plan to do the day of the party. I completely respect that... More

This place was dark and dingey. It's a creepy warehouse with arcade games and go karts thrown inside of it. I've been to a wide variety of go kart tracks and even worked at one. This was the most expensive and least thrilling experience I've ever had at a go kart track. I couldn't physically drive the karts because they... More

We are running new Biz karts for adult and youth that have proven to be fun, reliable, and safe.. Our track lighting was replaced last year and is brighter than most tracks I have visited (over 30 indoor tracks). Our pricing is below GoPro Motorplex and is in line with all the other indoor tracks in the country. Our facility... More

Loved that my 9 year old could race in his own cart. It was big. Certainly lots to do other than racing, but that's all we did. Had a great time & worth the visit!

It seemed like a great idea: take my 14 y/o son to an indoor go-kart track for a little fun with mom... was I wrong about that idea. after a 45 minute wait in line to 'register' at computers that crashed every few minutes, I learned that The Pit doesn't allow parents and kids to drive at the same time.... We obviously handled the entire situation poorly. Our growth has overwhelmed our computer system and we have been in the process of moving to a better system that can handle the added volume. The new system started on 07/15/14. Unfortunately it doesn’t do away with the registration process. We are required by both the State and our insurance company to... More

By far the best event for your money is the 100 lap enduro race they generally have once a month. You find out real quick if you can drive or if you can't. Overall this place is pricey, but I'd rather race here than a place where the carts go 2 mph.

We took a little break from the enduro in May and June, but will look at bringing it back in July. Always a good turn out and the drivers have a blast. We're glad you enjoyed it and look forward to your next race. More

Went to play their putt putt and wildly disappointed. First, the place is nearly run down and hardly an establishment. We felt uneasy about leaving our stuff in the car. Second to play putt putt, they want each person playing to register as a member. Name, address, email, phone number, date of birth, username, password, on and on and on...... More

We're sorry your experience at The Pit wasn't enjoyable. The proliferation of lawsuits has made it a requirement by our insurance company that we obtain liability waivers on all participants. Some of the information you list was noted as optional and we do not use the information for anything other than identification. If you provide your e-mail address then you... More

Had family in from out of town with teenagers. We went and raced the carts, very fast, we had a coupon which saved us money. The cost without was a little pricey. The arcade was nice and we played lazor tag as well.
