Everyone at French Broad is so friendly and funny. They really want you to have a great time. The scenery was stunning and the rapids were perfect for first-timers. We stopped for lunch and our guide actually grilled out for us. It was so worth it!!!

We had a fabulous experience!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The lunch was satisfying and tasty. The 9 mile trip is a MUST do for your trip to Asheville. You won't be disappointed!!!

The day was cold and cloudy (March), but the staff at FBR was great. Tom was a great guide (and dude). Everyone in the family (ages 9 thru 43 had fun) and the river is super-scenic. We'll be back to raft again and visit their soon-to-be-open zip lines.
