We just returned from Maggie Valley and had a great time at Ghost Town. The staff were friendly and although there wasn't many rides the few they had were a lot of fun for my boys.The Native American Dancing,Gunfights,Live Bluegrass music & saloon girls dancing was fun for all of us. People have given this park some bad rating's, but i found just the opposite. They had great show's! the Jeff Treece Band Show was as good or better than anything at Dollywood, the Gun Fights were top notch and where else east of the Mississippi can you find that. saloon show, blue grass, indian's and not to mention the view.... more

I had been to Ghost Town as a Kid... I did not know what to expect when returned this year. We were very impressed. The park was clean and in great condition. They updated the facility without losing the charm that Ghost Town has alway had... If you are looking for big rides and thrills, this is not the park... more

I had been to ghost town as a child and loved it. I returned this weekend with my 19 year old daughter, in spite of reading some very negative reviews. The chair lift was working great, the incline was still under renovations however. The staff was very friendly, kind, and informative. There was no wait to get on any rides... more

A very nice way to spend an afternoon--but I did not have young children to keep entertained and I don't do rides. It is worth it for the view. more

20 minute sky ride up the mountain to the park--a great ride. The ghost town looks great. There was lots of entertainment with live music, wonderful bluegrass band, fun saloon show (with live music--compare that to 6 flags over georgia who seemed to think a video of Dick Clark bloopers was entertainment). ...... that is the theme and thats what you get. as far as having a narrator for the gunfights i think its a plus as it fills in the story and sets the scene for the fight, the cowboys are authentic looking with real guns. a different gunfight every hour also a plus......now the rides which are in a seperate... more
