Mother Earth beer is just okay. They only have one IPA and it's not that interesting. Would have liked to find a session IPA like other brewers are making for the summer. The tasting room is way cool though. Shocking to walk in after driving through such a sad downtown.

My friend and I took a tour of the brewery before spending some time at the bar on a weekday in summer. Our tour guide Brian was knowledgeable, funny and quick to answer all of our questions. I've been a fan of Mother Earth since seeing them at the Cary Beer, Bourbon and BBQ Festival a few years ago and... More

Stopped here after a motorcycle trip and saw a great car show downtown. Building is good to hang out in with a bunch of friends. Relaxed atmosphere but trendy. Service was great considering it was very busy. Beer was ok, nothing really sparked my interest. Would I go back? Sure why not.

The brewery is clean, unique, and chic. I would highly recommend if you are in the area. I live in Greenville (30 min away), and I'll be taking everyone who visits here from now on. After a tour, we sat in the tap room and got to speak with employees who were very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great experience.

My family and I drove to Kinson, just to come here. The brewery tour was so informative, they were very nice and didn't mind at all that 2 children and baby were on tour. The beers were incredible and the atmosphere is just incredible. The building is a former DRIVE THROUGH PHARMACY. That's right, and there's a picture to prove... More

Stop 5 out of 6 breweries. I ended up stoping at a total of six different breweries on this particular trip around Western North Carolina: Weeping Radish Farm Brewing Outer Banks Brewing Full Moon Cafe Brewing Duck Rabbit Brewing Mother Earth Brewing Double Barley Brewing And I found that Mother Earth reminds me of the Weeping Radish Brewery only on... We stopped by for an after dinner drink with friends after eating at Chef and the Farmer. I had the Belgian Triple and was very pleased with the flavor of the beer. We got there late and the bar was about to close down. Im looking forward to traveling to Kinston again soon and experiencing more of what Mother Earth... More

like beer. A LOT. So I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to stop in to Mother Earth Brewery, take a tour and a stop in the tasting room. They give tours on the hour, so after a quick beer in the tasting room, I got another one to have on hand and spent 30 minutes learning all about the brewing... More

Nice place, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Good choice of beers. Only drawback is that hey have no snacks or food - but they have good beer!

If there is a troika of must-stops for replenishment in Kinston, this would be one of them. Well, if you're like me, you already made your reservation at Chef and the Farmer well before you come to Kinston, then the inevitable question becomes, "What else do you do in Kinston?" Come here is the short answer. It's a short block... More
