Ok, #1 why do adults pay to get in this discovery place? I understand why they pay at the 1 in Charlotte because they have adult friendly events but this is geared toward small kids which we have no choice but to go inside with. The adults are only watching not playing. #2 this place is disgusting! I don't think... More

We visited here while staying in Concord. It was well worth the short drive. This is a very well equipped children's museum. There is a nice mix of exhibits to manipulate, active play, and pretend play. My kids (3 yo twins and almost 6 yo) didn't want to leave after over 3 hours! I noticed some nice elements for babies... We took our two year old grandson and he had a blast. Many activities and interesting interactive activity. But we were lucky his mother was also with us. There are places a child can get to that we were too old for and you have to be in good condition to fully participate.

Great experience with the kids. Endless fun for children of all ages. Great area to many restaurants for lunch or dinner and return again to walk again. Will return again and again

I was mesmerized myself! I wanted to play there. Such a neat place for toddlers, I would most definitely recommend. If you are in the area you must visit this place.

In the "I grow" section there is a fenced I place for babies who are crawling or just walking. The floor was dirty and gross. I understand that people rag day bring in dirt. The corners of he entire fence line, baby house, large flower "pots" all had piles of dust bunnies. There was a piece of gum stuck to... More

My mom bought our family a membership to all of the museums and so far this is the only one we've visited. We've taken our kids 4 times. They loved it but I could tell on the last visit my son (4 yrs old) was over it. He had played with everything a few times over so was just wandering... More

Grandkids had such a great time that I bought season pass. Great for younger grandkids. Older one age 9 was a little bored.

Many activities for young kids. Different exhibits. Hands on exhibits, fire truck, rock climbing, food shopping, submarine, boats, race car, airplane, water activities, story telling. Easy to spend 2 -3 hours there and take plenty of pictures.

Took our toddler and preschool grandkids here on a recent weekday. It was busy with other toddlers and preschoolers. They had so much fun. Everything is within easy reach and they loved the freedom to run around and touch everything. You can bring lunch in and they have a small lunch room where you can sit and eat. There are... More
