Both my husband and I thought so. His massage therapist was Brandon, mine was Sparkle. Highly recommend either of them. The tubs with a view of the river are particularly great.

this was a wonderful place that was very flexible and willing to accommodate us earlier than reserved time. Friendly and respectful staff. A quiet tranquil place that is very reasonably priced. We are definitely going back again.

We arranged a massage and a mineral bath from the natural hot springs, known in that area. I am not easily disappointed, however the massage was "ok"...nothing that really stood out. I have certainly had much more memorable / enjoyable locally where I live. The staff were very nice...but that did not make up for the so-so massage session, especially... More

The town of Hot Springs is close by the Appalachian Trail. A beautiful area with lots of walking trails. The resort will let you hire a hot tub for an hour filled with the water from the hot springs. The tub is set in a wooden hut with a view of the river. It is private and very relaxing. You... More

Having visited here a few years back, we were looking forward to a private hot soak beside the river. Everything was how we remembered...attentive staff, plenty of privacy, and an hour of soaking bliss. The addition of the misting system contrasted the heat of the water and added to the experience. We will make this a regular spot on future... More

We stayed over night at the Iron Horse Station (which I loved). We scheduled to visit Hot Springs Resort & Spa which ended up being a great choice for a couples Get away. The day was a gloomy cold day and the hot tubs felt so nice. It was so relaxing listening to the water flow from the creek. The... More

I loved the way the hot tub is right out by the creek, but you have complete privacy. We walked in and asked what was available and were given a 10:15 AM time, and it was only 9:45, but we went on back thinking we would wait, and they took us straight to our hot tub. The attendant went over... More

Traveled with 5 friends and decided to try Hot Springs. Was relaxing and enjoyable. Different from what I expected. Basically a big outdoor hot tub filled with the hot springs water. Temperature is excellent about 100 degrees. Smells a little bit of the sulfer. Has cool mists above if you get to hot. We went in the big tub that... More

Since we live within 30 miles of Hot Springs we decided to go last week and enjoy a tub visit. We ended up getting a different tub and was not bad. Everyone there is very nice and friendly and that's a plus. The only drawback was to go in the summer in the day time. Whew!! You talk about hott...... More

This was our third trip to Hot Springs Spa. I had a massage before we went to the tub. That's the way to go! Relax and then chill. The tub, while rustic, feels great and we had a great view of the river. It's private and relaxing. My only complaint is the time passes too fast! The rock formation on... More
