The reviews of this place were good so we booked mineral baths. They don't tell you to bring your own towel so we were forced to rent from them. We don't believe the water in the tub was mineral because it had no smell at all. The tub we had for 4 was small and didn't work properly.

Very relaxing! Just go early or late if you are there in the summer. Felt wonderful the next day! The minerals really do work!

If you are going to Hot Springs, its probably because you have plans to swing by the Hot Springs Resort and Spa for a one hour soak in the natural mineral water. The hot tubs are in little wooden shacks with one side open to nature. So you have privacy as you soak in the tub and soak up nature.... More

With a group of friends we wanted to relax while spending some time out in the mountains so we scheduled a massage and hot tub time. The massage was average nothing over the top, every one has their preference but the entire staff was exceptionally nice. The hot tub was outdoors which was nice and worth the time and money.... Both my husband and I thought so. His massage therapist was Brandon, mine was Sparkle. Highly recommend either of them. The tubs with a view of the river are particularly great.

this was a wonderful place that was very flexible and willing to accommodate us earlier than reserved time. Friendly and respectful staff. A quiet tranquil place that is very reasonably priced. We are definitely going back again.

We arranged a massage and a mineral bath from the natural hot springs, known in that area. I am not easily disappointed, however the massage was "ok"...nothing that really stood out. I have certainly had much more memorable / enjoyable locally where I live. The staff were very nice...but that did not make up for the so-so massage session, especially... More

The town of Hot Springs is close by the Appalachian Trail. A beautiful area with lots of walking trails. The resort will let you hire a hot tub for an hour filled with the water from the hot springs. The tub is set in a wooden hut with a view of the river. It is private and very relaxing. You... More

Having visited here a few years back, we were looking forward to a private hot soak beside the river. Everything was how we remembered...attentive staff, plenty of privacy, and an hour of soaking bliss. The addition of the misting system contrasted the heat of the water and added to the experience. We will make this a regular spot on future... More

We stayed over night at the Iron Horse Station (which I loved). We scheduled to visit Hot Springs Resort & Spa which ended up being a great choice for a couples Get away. The day was a gloomy cold day and the hot tubs felt so nice. It was so relaxing listening to the water flow from the creek. The... More
