It was a great way to spend a fall day....watching your toddler run about collecting and munching on apples. Beautiful!

My wife and I stopped by Stepp's to pick some apples last Saturday. The place was packed, but not over crowded. On the way there we passed half a dozen other orchards, but it is worth the extra few miles to get to this place. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The prices were good. About a ten pound...

We drove around and round looking for a place for our boys to actually pick apples. THe oodles of other places are just reselling them. One nice lady told us about this farm and it was gorgeous. They have the best apples. We will be back next year. Thank you.

After many years of visiting Sky Top Orchards in NC, we decided last year that we would NEVER give them our business again. Many of the teachers at my boys' school recommended Stepp Farm and we could not have had a better time!! Last year at Sky Top, there were NO apples to be picked even though their website stated...
