While Cherokee we looked for a fun arcade to spend a little time in the evening. My grandson found a brochure for The Factory so we took the drive down to Franklin to check it out. Spent a couple of hours playing games in the arcade. The kind of games they had kept my grandson entertained and even I enjoyed... More

It was an okay place to go for some fun. I really like that we could get an unlimited attractions and a $15 Bonus Play for $30. However, the Bumper Cars only had 2 that were working. The bowling alley only had a few lanes that worked and the computer scoring machine did not work. The arcades were fun. The... More

The whole reason we stopped here was for laser tag. The kids were not disappointed. While we waited we played in the arcade. It was a great time for all. I liked that the games used a card and not tokens.

The boys loved the laser tag and mini golf, but a lot of the arcade games weren't functioning, and those that were, many double-charged the card that you buy, in order to use the machines.

The go carts went 2 miles and hour and the lazer tag broke 3 times. Will never come back. Place is cheap and you get what you payed for

My husband and I stumbled upon the Factory 10 years ago and have been making day trips there ever since. We always have a blast, but this last visit was particularly special and it was primarily due to the two gentleman working the go-carts that day, Andy P. and Bryan L. They really took the customer service level up a... More
