We visited Fascinate-U children's museum today and were none too pleased. This place is old, run down and dirty. No one is keeping things up. Everything was misplaced, there were things scattered everywhere and half of the things didn't even work. It is small and unorganized. We were very disappointed in the lack of security and saw people just walking... More

Fascinate U Children's Museum is your average small city /big town kid's museum. They had a good variety of topics but some of the materials needed updating/repair. If you are looking for something to do at a reasonable cost without having to go too far this could be it. If you are able to drive a little ways bypass and... More

We visited our grandchildren, ages 6, 8, 10, at Fort Bragg. Our son suggested the Fascinate-U Children's Museum. We parked about a block away. The building is 3 stories, but only the first is available for viewing. Circling the building, we saw a lot of plywood mock-ups of real life experiences: fire station with pole and turnout gear, firetruck, ambulance,... More

Attended during the 4th Friday event in October. Submission was free and they had several activites for kids. I've heard alot of great things about this place so I was excited to take the kids. The place is much smaller than I expected and I think it's best suited for kids 8 and younger.

The museum is definitely a fun place as well as a place for children to experience hands on learning. I love the way they have different professions set up as a learning experience but also allow the kids to participate in hands on play. My grandchildren had a ball and learned some great facts while playing. Takes the stress out... More

This museum has been a childhood memory to me for years. Although i haven't been to fayetteville in years. As i seen some of the pictures up, it has really changed since then. The way i remember it, you could pretend to be a fireman, grocer, dentist, emt, weatherman/woman, mailman, construction worker, banker, doctor, in the army/military and that's mainly... More

This was a very cute little hands on activity for the young one to do. It was AC'd and had seats for the adults to rest on while watching the children play. The children would mingle with other children and role play many occupations. Kids are $4 & adults are $3. But if you stop by the visitors center, they... More

When I was working at Ft Bragg in 2008 we had our unit get together here. We took our youngest grandson and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I really think all kids should see this and experience the "hands on" exhibits. My husband and I enjoyed interacting with all the children there. My favorite was the "weather studio" where the kids... More

I visited this museum with a 2, 4, and 5 year old and thought I would spend a couple hours here with them doing some hands on learning and exhibit interaction. As soon as you walk in, you're in the midst of the gift shop which is great with little ones wanted to grab everything in sight. The employee was... More

Stoped by on a road trip. Friendly staff but very outdated. My four year old lasted almost an hour. They have a room for really little ones but it closes at 4pm. Badly needs a facelift. It was an okay quick stop for us but we were underwhelmed.
