This park is conveniently located next to an incredible museum. It is a wonderful tribute to those NC residents who have fought for our country. The grounds have a lot packed into a small amount of space.

The park is located next to the airborne museum, so you can park a visit both at the same time. The Veterans Park is a well designed, modern looking place with interesting features. Definitely worth a visit.

This is a great tribute to todays veterans from the modern art made out of military equipment to the quotes and fountains. Transforms at night and a great time to visit in the summer.

This is another great place to visit while in Fayetteville. Very moving and historic. You have to go here if you would like to pay your respect to the men and women that made this country great.

A good visual of the many lives that served our country for our freedom that we enjoy today. We enjoyed being part of that history through the great displays.

This is a MUST SEE. A very beautiful tribute and commemorative to military personnel & their families! FREE admission. Located on Fort Bragg Rd near downtown Fayetteville. It was touching to see the thoughtfulness placed into this exhibit. The pillars represent each county in North Carolina and feature hand sculptures of service people and their families. The shadows and light... More

We recently traveled to Fayetteville, NC and I had read about the veterans memorial park and the aviation museum. Our friends who live there hadn't been to the Memorial...funny how that is with thing in your own town! We ended up having an incredible time there. The park is free and filled with gorgeous statues and tributes to the NC... More

After spending over four hours (history buffs!) at the free Airborne Museum across the parking lot, we spent about an hour in the free museum at the Veterans Park which is specifically about North Carolina veterans. There is a short movie and displays about the wars NC soldiers have participated in. Even if you have had your fill of history... More
