Recently attended the Jersey Boys performance here. I like the facility, the staff, & the location. The Jersey Boys performance is great...except for the profuse profanity. Seriously...the actors & music are great, but if this is the typical language of the people in New Jersey....that is really sad. My first visit, we sat on the very top level...horrible seats...need binoculars... More

Grady...many thanks for this feedback. I am glad that you had closer seats on this latest visit. Many enjoy the value of balcony seats where prices can be half or a third the price of our closest seats, But many also love the Grand Tier (mid-level) where you sat for Jersey Boys. On future visits please always know you can... More

My wife and I love to attend Broadway Shows on tour at the DPAC. This a newer facility that is easy to access, lose convenient parking and many really good restaurants within easy walking distance. ...and the best part, the shows are fantastic and the service is excellent. A really good entertainment value.

This was my second visit to DPAC in the last 9 months. I've seen Mama Mia and Jersey Boys and both performances were top notch. Sound system was great. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. Venue was very organized from controlling the restroom line, beverage service and ushering. Parking was inexpensive at the Church Street... More

DPAC has quickly risen on lists of most popular performing arts venues in the country and it is well deserved. They bring in a variety of great shows and performances, the theater is well designed and the customer services is exceptional. I recently went to see Jersey Boys -- my second time for this show -- and it was a... More

We have visited DPAC several times, mostly for music concerts. Parking is ample and close; there are several good restaurants within a few blocks of the venue; and the personnel are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The lobby spaces are roomy and elegant. There are several bars, and even during intermissions the lines are never very long. Drinks are reasonably... More

We recently attended the performance of Celtic Woman at DPAC and had a fantastic experience. The show was superb but the customer service made the experience unforgettable. From the extremely pleasant and helpful young man who shuttled us over from the north parking deck to the greeters in top hats to the ushers---all of them were on top of their... More

I love this venue. It is easy to find. Close to the highway. You hear a lot of bad things about Durham but once you get in the heart of it you will love it. There are people strolling through the streets laughing and socializing. The architecture of downtown is beautiful and a sight in itself. The DPAC hosts so... More

One of the best venues for the disabled to enjoy. Ample parking in the North Deck with free shuttle service from parking to the front of DPAC. Excellent seating. A wonderful venue in all regards.

the DPAC is an amazing venue that attracts Broadway touring companies as well as multiple other artists. the lobby is a little bit austere, however the theater itself is plush. The sound system and lighting are definitely Broadway quality. The theater is much newer and more comfortable than most of its New York equivalents.
