We stopped on our way to Bryson City. My kids and husband bought some fudge and I got a latte. It was all delicious.

Perfect stop for dessert on way to Asheville. Got some homemade fudge that was rich and flavorful. Spoke with the delightful young gentleman making fresh chocolates and he was charming. Highly recommend stopping in if you are there on your Polar Express train ride or just driving through beautiful Western North Carolina!

We happened on this while walking around the town. I loved it. It was inviting from the moment we walked through the door.

The Chocolate Factory was a quaint little place with a variety of different treats. The fudge was good and their different chocolate covered cookies, candies, and coffee drinks were tasty.

The smell of chocolate hits you in the face when you walk in. There are several different kinds of chocolate to choose from. The displays are filled with fudge, bark, turtles, truffles, candy, etc. Everything is pretty much sold by the pound and like most fresh homemade chocolates it's not necessarily cheap when it comes to the cost. Just the basic chocolate candy's and fudge. Very overpriced! My wife had a coffee that was about 8oz it was 5 buck's.... they had the basics in candy i.e. chocolate covered pretzels chocolate turtles... etc... it's ok if your in dire need of chocolate other than that keep moving along.

My wife is a big fan of fudge, so as we departed town we stopped by The Dillsboro Chocolate Factory. Entering we saw everything neatly displayed: Coffee, chocolate, fudge, and other tempting items. The clerk gave us a friendly welcome and when she saw my wife looking at the fudge offerings quickly announced that samples were available on all flavors.... More

Loved, loved , loved, the Dark chocolate salted caramels. But that is my favorite chocolate to buy. They also have coffee beans too. I felt that their chocolate was so good that I had some chocolate sent to my sister in law in Texas! They even sent them with dry ice to make sure they would arrive not melted.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great selection of candies. Fudge was excellent. Finally made decision after a few samples. I visited several times during the week.
