Went on the tour of the speedway. Our tour guide was great and the kids loved the ride around the track! We were amazed at the slant of the track! We got to walk around the field area and even brought a real racing tire home...my husband turned it into a tire swing for the kids! Lots of fun even... More

The 1.5 mile speedway is an ideal track for both handling and speed which makes for exciting racing. There is plenty of parking although you may have to walk a ways and the allow coolers up to certain sizes. My only complaint would be that the concessions are very pricey and the crowds are large.

What a *terrible* waste of money. Long driving line (doesn't look long when you first pull in), to see sparsely-filled displays that are barely worthy of being in one's home yard, let alone paying $20 to see! 98% of displays are two-dimensional with lights spaced so far apart that we couldn't determine what many of them were supposed to be!... It took over an hour to enter the display, but our car was moving slowly. To exit, it took an hour and a half due to no one directing traffic. Will not return or recommend to others. Lights were nice-- not impressive though.

This reminds me of the local x-mas parades...Have you ever bought food or toys from the vendors pushing stolen grocery store shopping carts along the parade route? The local TV stations sell this as the best x-mas light you will ever see. I guess they didn't have to pay or wait in the long lines. Maybe they are the select... More

Since my daughter was born in 2009, we have been going to the lights at the speedway when my in laws come to town. We expect long waits but the wait normally involves some lights to keep the kids busy. When we arrived on 12/21 at 7pm we couldn't believe it took us over an hour to get to the... More

This was a neat experience, but my husband and I felt the display was average. They have 3 million lights, but most of the displays were hard to figure out what they even were. Driving the track was really cool. They also have a Santa's village with food vendors and activities for the kids. Their did is ridiculously over priced.... More

I had previously raced on the same track with Richard Petty Racing, but the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience is far superior! The price was reasonable, customer service was helpful and on-site staff was professional yet friendly and really wanted to make sure we not only had a good time, but a GREAT time! We took our 70yr old mother to... More

NOT WORTH IT. My family and I went to see the Speedway lights and were we disappointed. The wait was ABSOLUTELY TOO LONG. From the moment we turned onto the lot until we completed the tour took 3 hours 31 min. The live petting zoo and Nativity Scene was closed. The best part of the whole experience was the dancing... Unfortunately, I failed to read the other reviews before attending this event. However, after having spent nearly four hours stuck at "Speedway Christmas" last night, I must say that, as negative as the other reviews appear to be, they do not come close to truly describing what a disappointing, frustrating, insulting, painful waste of time this is. Our evening began... More
