I expected more from there. I was looking for information on the area and what to do. Instead it was like pulling teeth to get any information on what to do.

Wonderful tour by a knowledgeable guide. Not your touristy tour, but excellent focused small group tour. It may seem a bit pricey when you approach the counter, but once you are finished it was inexpensive for all that they provided. Many opportunities to talk with crafts people and then there was an excellent show with story telling and dancing.

Beautiful setting for a visitors center. It is located in downtown Cherokee so shops is close by. The lady was friendly and asked any questions that we had. Also love that there is a door to where you can view and enjoy the river.

The employees at the Visitor's Center were very helpful and well informed. They went out of their way to tell us about local places to eat and answer all our questions.

Very nicely done visitors center with a good staff, Worth the stop to get info on the area. Nice restrooms, plenty of parking, and rocking chairs around back to enjoy.

Cherokee Visitor Center was our first stop in town. The people there were very helpful, supplying us with maps of the area as well as local information. They seemed to enjoy helping visitors get acquainted with their town.

The visitor center has everything you would expect from a visitor center and one surprise. They have an electric vehicle (EV) charging station in the parking lot on the left side of the building. I was amazed to see this. Great job for placing a charging station here.
