Cherokee's and western North Carolina's number one tube and raft trip with over 200 tubes in stock, which means no waiting! We have tube and raft trips designed for everyone of every age. A great experience to see the Smokies from a unique point of view. Always cool and refreshing during the summer heat, a relaxing float down the Oconoluftee River is a welcome departure from the crowds of the reservations busy summer months. A Cherokee favorite for over 15 years!

We stayed in Murphy,NC and chose to take a drive to Cherokee to go tubing and I am sure glad we did. Smoky Mountain Tubing was great its the longest tubing ride in the area and it was so much fun. We went tubing at the end of our trip 30 min south of Murphy and it was nothing compared... More

My husband and I didn't actually do this, but we watched over 100+ people do this all day as we sat on our room balcony over the river. They had an amazing time. All laughing and waving as they floated by. The ducks didn't mind either! They loved the people! Awesome nature's lazy river!

I would love to be able to actually rate this, the only thing that helps my disappointment is this company puts the safety of their clients over making money. Even though the rain had come and gone, the river is still not safe. I'm glad we have the saying. Next time

Despite the rude owner, which was our first contact, this was quite the adventure. An hour and a half floating trip, in theory, but be aware: this is no lazy river ride! My husband and I went and strapped our floats together. There are three car bridges to look for as landmarks, with there being a 45 minute span between... More

Super fun trip with my family of five, including my 11, 9 and 5 year old children. I was able to hook up with my 5 year old which made me feel much more comfortable. Most of the rapids are pretty small so everyone was able to stay comfortably on their rafts. There were a couple bigger ones but they... More

We checked into several tube ride attractions in the area, most of them required picking up your tube, getting into your own car, drive to a location, walk a quarter mile and then get into the water, have no idea what happens after that, lost interest. At Smokey Mountain Tube and Raft, you pay, they load you on a bus,... More

We tubed on July 15th 2014.The service was fantastic. They have changing rooms and will keep your car keys safe for you. No waiting! They took us upstream and dropped us off by the water. We had the whole river to ourselves! It took 2.5 hours to tube down to the bridge where they pick up. If you have little kids... More

Very nice owner and staff. Good price. Be aware that this is a loooong tubing trip. It took us nearly three hours to get to the end. We got stuck in shallow areas ALOT. Definitely make sure to bring water shoes and a stick for when you get stuck. I appreciate the company's clean changing rooms once you got back... More

Even though the weather was overcast on the day we went, we still had a great time! The people in the shop were very personable and friendly. They have restrooms you can use before going on the bus ride to the drop off. We paid $10 a piece. The bus driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the Cherokee area. We... More
