We checked into several tube ride attractions in the area, most of them required picking up your tube, getting into your own car, drive to a location, walk a quarter mile and then get into the water, have no idea what happens after that, lost interest. At Smokey Mountain Tube and Raft, you pay, they load you on a bus,... More

We tubed on July 15th 2014.The service was fantastic. They have changing rooms and will keep your car keys safe for you. No waiting! They took us upstream and dropped us off by the water. We had the whole river to ourselves! It took 2.5 hours to tube down to the bridge where they pick up. If you have little kids... More

Very nice owner and staff. Good price. Be aware that this is a loooong tubing trip. It took us nearly three hours to get to the end. We got stuck in shallow areas ALOT. Definitely make sure to bring water shoes and a stick for when you get stuck. I appreciate the company's clean changing rooms once you got back... More

Even though the weather was overcast on the day we went, we still had a great time! The people in the shop were very personable and friendly. They have restrooms you can use before going on the bus ride to the drop off. We paid $10 a piece. The bus driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the Cherokee area. We... More

It was an amazing experience. The crew were funny, and sure did enjoy there jobs. I felt like we were important to them to have a great day rafting... The lessons were simple and our guide Huey was great and went out of his way to make us enjoy every moment of our experience... I cant wait to do it... More

We had a blast tugging down the creek!! We all had our own tubes. Our host took us up the hill & told us what to look for when we got close to our "Exit". He even picked us all up and brought us back to the location where they are. Super fun!!

When you are in Cherokee, there are 2 companies to use and they are the same price. We went to both locations and spoke to them. What made us choose Smoky Mountain Tube & Raft was Dagon. He gave us all the information we needed and provided us great service with a smile. He seemed very laid back and accommodating.... More
