We traveled 1200 miles to go to the Billy Graham Library. It was worth every mile. It was beautiful. The people were very friendly and helpful. We took the tour, which was very inspiring. God is definitely working in this endeavor. Would definitely go again.

Loved learning more about Billy' Graham and his amazing life of evangelism. Library is free and VERY well done. Tour is half-guided with videos and half on your own. Went to the Christmas dinner there for $18.95. Food was EXCELLENT. Ham or turkey, salad, 5 sides, rolls, yummy desserts and beverage included in the price. Tip also included. Great value... More

We stayed in Charlotte for 2 nights on our way to Hilton head, SC at the courtyard Marriott on the Billy Graham parkway. They offered a free shuttle service to the Billy Graham's Library as well as other places close by. The Billy Graham Library was very impressive. If you are going to be in the area, take an hour... Very friendly staff greets you on arrival. The building is beautifully done. History of Billy Graham mixed with hope. This is a free event, no reason to skip it. Plan on 60 minutes start to finish.

Arrived early to make sure my Dad had a wheelchair. When we pulled up and asked a man taking tarps off the flowers about how to get a wheelchair, he said wait, and he went and brought one to our truck. Talk about a great first impression. As we were about to roll Dad up to the big barn doors,... More

Your religious views do not really matter if you want to see and learn about the life and actions of one of the greater orators of the 20th Century. The library covers his life from the beginning and largely in his own voice. From modest beginnings he becomes known world wide and as speaker to the masses, the mainstream and... More

I was glad I had a chance to see this. The bookstore/gift shop was beautiful with Christmas gifts and decorations. There was a tour of a museum area and prayer room. On the grounds were gardens and the old Graham homestead had been moved there and could be toured.

There is nowhere else I can think of where you can go for no charge and enjoy a peaceful and quiet day. The grounds offer so much as the Library (which is really a museum) is not the only place there.

If you want to feel wonderful, make a visit to this beautiful spot on the outskirts of Charlotte! I have visited the Billy Graham Library several times with friends since moving here a few years ago. It is always interesting and inspirational, even for those who are not Christians. There will never be another man like Billy Graham. He made... More
