Usually not a fan of the NBA, but this was a great experience. We sat middle way of the lower level and really enjoyed the game. The Hornets have a lot going on during timeouts and half time to keep the crowd energized and engaged. It seems that upper management is making a much better effort at making this a... More

So glad the Hornets are back and Basketball is Uptown the way it was meant to be! It is a nice stadium and easy to see from all of the seats.

We attended a concert here in April. When we arrived it was raining heavily (we were without umbrellas). We were deposited by our taxi about a block away due to restricted traffic lanes. Then we discovered that the checking of tickets (and "wanding" for contraban) took place outside in the pouring rain. The lines were incredibly long. We were thoroughly... More

Time Warner Arena is a great place for family fun and excitement! The Miami Heat and Bobcats game in January 18th was an overtime thriller. The crowd was a bit rowdy but when a star like LeBron James comes to town that is to be expected. The concessions are great, the restrooms are descent and the attendants are very helpful.... More

I will admit, I am "more" of a football fan than basketball....but our arrival to this stadium to guest mgt, to our box seats.....the views.......to soft touches around this venue ALL worked well. Needless to say, with CLT playing the Heat...prompted many fans to come out and as a result this place was virtually sold out. To see fans seated... More

Great arena that is provides everything that is desired by any sports fan. I was amazed with how close every Seat truly is. Even the entrance was smooth. Good was standard but decent. Lots of food selection. Avoid the funny cake and get the Cuban panini.

This was the first concert at this arena for me and my husband. All of the staff were pleasant and the sound was excellent. My only issue is paying $4.00 for a bottled water and not being able to keep the bottle. Staff pours it into a cup without a lid! We would definitely like to attend another function at... More

I came here for the Bobcats v Orlando Magic game. My first NBA experience was a good one. The arena is very easy to navigate and there is no bad seat in the house. The upper deck seats are still pretty low given that the place is not that big. The full on local beer bar on the upper deck... More
