Sat up high because had a donated ticket. Those seats never have enough leg room, so would not mark as unique to this stadium. Meanwhile, wow... didn't know this was sitting on my page from 4 years ago. I put Sept 2014 because it was during basketball season. LOL Any arena view is dependent upon where you sit.

I have been to several Concerts at the arena, and each time has been very good. I have been to hundreds of Concerts, but I must say that the sound quality is "1st Rate" at this venue. I stayed downtown, so getting in and out of the arena was simple. The arena is always well maintained. And it is a... More

Came here for a Bobcats game. Clean(er) facility than other arenas I have been to. Went to the Will-Call, where we stood in line for 45 minutes. The staff was unable to accommodate a request by a guest. Must frustration. Food and beverages are grossly over priced, and did not purchase any goods. Souvenirs are also grossly over priced, and... My son has season tickets in the club section for the Hornets (and the Bobcats several seasons before the Hornets came back!) and my husband and I went to a game and ate at the restaurant for the club section. The food was tasty, but not a vast number of choices. We visited all the stations provided (not a cafeteria... More

Charlotte has become a second major financial hub in this country after New York City. When you visit Charlotte, don't miss the Uptown area. Bobcats Arena is one of the sports attractions among those bank buildings. Although the basketball team Bobcats still has a long way to go before it could become competitive, the arena they play in is worth... More

Usually not a fan of the NBA, but this was a great experience. We sat middle way of the lower level and really enjoyed the game. The Hornets have a lot going on during timeouts and half time to keep the crowd energized and engaged. It seems that upper management is making a much better effort at making this a... More

So glad the Hornets are back and Basketball is Uptown the way it was meant to be! It is a nice stadium and easy to see from all of the seats.

We attended a concert here in April. When we arrived it was raining heavily (we were without umbrellas). We were deposited by our taxi about a block away due to restricted traffic lanes. Then we discovered that the checking of tickets (and "wanding" for contraban) took place outside in the pouring rain. The lines were incredibly long. We were thoroughly... More
