Good location, plenty of surrounding parking - do be weary most parking garages are Bank of America garages and can be confusing to a non-local. Plenty of restaurant options near the arena. Arena is nice, game was fun!

Attended the recent Hornets & Cavs game in a corporate box, certainly the luxury way to see an event. Access to the arena is good, like the transit stop nearby, just limited overall service in the city. Good logistics getting into the area and our seats, clean and fairly new facility, decent food choices with reasonable-ish prices for a professional... More

Attended a recent Hornets game. Excellent seating not a bad view in the house. It was a fun evening and for a major league event pricing was good

Really nice facility, wonderful employees, entertaining timeout and other features. I'd rather the dancers were a bit more family friendly, but unfortunately that's big-time sports today. The crowd wasn't very fired up but the game against the Heat was close. And of course EVERYTHING is way overpriced, but again, that's unavoidable at arenas. We would definitely come again.

Went to see a Hornets game and had a great time. Nice facility with really great staff. Everyone smiling and fun. If I lived in Charlotte I would go to every home game and I'm not even a big NBA fan, it was just that good.

I'm a season ticket holder for the Charlotte Hornets and this is their home arena. There is not a bad seat in the house. It doesn't matter what type of an event you attend here the staff is just great

We went to see the NBA game on Saturday night, New York Knicks vs Hornets. It was our first time at this arena and we would come back. We liked people and the vibe. We were for Knicks, but Hornets von, yet we were still able to enjoy the game. People are nice, staff pleasant and there is no hostility,... More

Got sick climbing up to the last ring but... Who cares when you are there to support the Hornets!! The place is nice, the atmosphere is vibrating; there's no parking outside so you have to use the spots around the Arena but it is an overall good experience.

I attend a lot of NBA games in a lot of different cities. Was traveling through Charlotte and figured eh why not. Game was good, double ot and kemba scored 52 points, Charlotte all time high. Arena was not "buzzing" with any energy, lot of empty seats, no out of this world good or entertainment. The mlk tribute was very... More

So clean, employees so friendly and helpful. All the seats are good for basketball. Parking is close (and was only $10 when we went for directly across the street). No complaints!
