As new residents of the Queen City, we hosted out-of-town guests and invited them to join us on this fantastic tour of Uptown. Leah was a terrific tour guide. The featured restaurants, the variety of food and beverages, the portion sizes, the timing of the walk, the city history and culinary information learned made for an outing where we are... More

What a wonderful way to get to know restaurants and history of Charlotte. Our tour guide, Leah, was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept things going at the perfect timing. All the restaurants were expecting us and ready for our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised with the food/drink we sampled. The restaurants also had very knowledgeable speakers. We will go back to... More

My friends and I were celebrating a bachelorette weekend in Charlotte and we did the NoDa food tour. What a great idea...and it was prefect for a group (we had 9)! We started with some amazing pastries from Amelie's then sampled a couple of beers and flatbread at Heist Brewery. The owner came out and told us a little about... More

What an incredible experience. My son and I chose the NoDa tour. Our guide, Meghan was perfect. We started out at the Heist Brewery; flat bread pizza and home brewed beer, what else can I say! We walked to several others including: Ozpresso - great coffee, Boudreaux's for jambalaya, Revolution Pizza House - since we had flat bread pizza at... More

Being a native from Charlotte the tour was very enduring to me. Having my childhood friend guide us made it the tour even more special for me. I learned historyabout the queen city that I never learned growing up there as a child. The food was wonderful and the chefs were so personal and informative. If you are a tourist... More

I thought that I knew the best local food stops in Charlotte as someone who grew up in the city and works uptown...but there is always more to learn as the uptown Tour de Food tour taught me! The selected restaurants were amazingly delicious and inventive (personal favorites The Wooden Wine and Amelies). Additionally, the guide Meghan P. was super... More

My positive experience started even before the tour actually started. did not buy an advance ticket, so one day before the tour I called the office and they were extremely nice and kind with me. I am from Brazil, i have been to several places in USA, but I am visiting Charlotte for the first time. Our tour guide, Teresa,... More

Our kids gave us this tour as a gift. It was a fantastic way to see Uptown Charlotte and experience several great restaurants in one day. The group was fun. The food was awesome, and our guide, Meghan, did a great job with the city's history!

Teresa was a great guide and was able to get us all to the locations on time! Restaurants we visited were unique and they were waiting for us when we arrived, making us feel very welcome. We learned a lot about Charlotte from Teresa, not only history but about the food scene. We took this tour with friends visiting from... More
