I had never been to carowinds before and I was blown away during our visit. Buying the evening passes from 4pm til close were a great inexpensive idea. The roller coasters were thrilling. Since it was September the temperature was mild, typical fall weather. Not to hot and not to cold. Would defintly come here again.

Been going since the 80's and it is has certainly grown into a 21 st Centry Park . It's not too large that you are exhausted walking but fast n furious rides that will wear you out . Kids park and a Water Park too . Season passes available but you can go late in the afternoon if you are... More

It has alot of cool rides but it's getting a little pricey anymore. And the food places in the park are way over priced.

My boys don't ride roller coasters that much but we LOVE the water park. If you don't have a pool, a season pass is the way to go. Make sure you get the gold so that parking is covered also.

Lots of fun, and loved that the water park is included in the parks regular admission. Not too many options for food, it would have been nice to have a more upscale sit down option like at Disney, but overall a good variety a of food can be found throughout the park. We recently relocated to the area, and will... More

This park isn't the worst I've been to but doesn't even come close to giving me the rush I desire from an amusement park. Fury is the only reason I would ever come to this park again. It is an amazing roller coaster, but the only one at the entire park I enjoyed. Intimidator was ok, but it doesn't even... More

Love this place so much. Been going there for a while now. The rides always give you this feeling so great, I just love it. They recently came out with a new ride called the Fury (totally recommend it) is so thrilling and awesome. The only con of this amusement park is not so sanitary. People throw up, they just... More

3 times a year, my friends and I travel from Myrtle Beach to Carowinds. It's become a little tradition of ours, and we have every intention of keeping it going for years to come! It'll never get old! We are major roller coaster fanatics! Staff members always have smiles on their faces and eager to help in anyway possible. The... More
