This is a wonderful place to take your children to have a fun experience while learning, and reading books. Aside from children going to ImaginOn, it's a great place for adults to find information/data and study. Great experience every time I have gone (4 times).

My son and I spent some time here while waiting for car repairs one afternoon last week. We took the light rail from Woodlawn to the 7th street stop uptown and got off right at Imaginon. The "typewriter keys" out front make a really fun entrance and my son could have easily spent an hour playing out front. Inside, there... More

We went specifically to see the fairytale exhibit in the library, and we were pleasantly surprised with the rest of the library. I went with two of my daughters, ages 3 & 8, and both were completely enthralled with all the library had to offer. They had iPads, computers, puppets, a toy transportation area, board games, and learning stations, just... More

We were planning on going to Discovery Place but parking lot was full. Opted for ImaginOn. Very pleasant surprise! Free parking for 3 hours. It was my 5 year old grand daughter's first trip to a library (more than enough books at home). The 2 and 5 year old loved it. Many interactive things to do plus a multitude of... More

It is a very nice, interactive library that has changing exhibits. Kids seem to love the exhibits on the lower level. ImaginOn hosts a number of good plays here throughout the year for reasonable prices. The Teens' only section on the top is very nice.

ImaginON is a great place for kids of all ages. They have a wonderful area for toddlers, preschoolers and elementary kids that features toys, blocks, a wii station, and tons of books. The library also has a teen area that had a life size chess board, life size connect the dots game, dozens of computers and more. There are also... More

My daughter loved this place. It was a place where her imagination could run wild. Unfortunately since it was free, it brought alot of scallywags in the place.

This is such a fun place. The fairytale exhibit is amazing. The kids played in it for about an hour or longer. Then upstairs there are fun toys and educational computer games to do. The library itself is full of books, toys, and computer games too. The outside of the library looks really cool- a great place to take pics.... More

Need a break or something for the kids to do, this really is a library that kids love. It's fun just to go in and explore the layout. It's so quirky and fun. They've got separate areas for young kids and teens. And if you go at the right time, you can even pay a fee to see performances of... More
