Four adults booked this tour on a Friday afternoon. We were visiting from Tennessee and our friends just moved to the Charlotte area. After reading Tripadvisor reviews decided this was the tour to take. Booking was a breeze. The lady I spoke with advised parking options that saved us a few dollars which was a nice start. Our van arrived... More

I live just over an hour away from Charlotte but knew very little about the city's offerings and history. Our family came to Charlotte for my son's wedding and we took this tour one Sunday. We enjoyed Gary's sense of humor and knowledge as our guide. The van was comfortable and made our tour more personal than a large bus.... More

This tour was well worth the $28.00. We were looking to get to know this BEAUTIFUL city and that's just what we did with C-Charlotte tours! Gary was a very knowledgable tour guide. I agree that there's not a whole lot of actual history in this town compared to others but it does certainly have a history of it's own.... More

I thought Pat did a very good job as the tour guide for this van driven tour. There just isn't that much history to see in Charlotte. We did drive around downtown and then headed out to see various neighborhoods nearby. This is a good way to learn more about Charlotte.

This was a large air=conditioned van. Tour operator was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a 20 minute break at Phillips Place which is like a shopping, restaurant complex near SouthPark Mall. Worth the $28

Charlotte can be overwhelming to those not comfortable in large cities but this tour helps you get a feel for it. This is not designed to be a hop-on-hop-off tour, but an introduction to different things to do so that you can go back and explore exactly what you want later on your own in depth. Gary was great and... More

I am currently a junior at Johnson & Wales University and being in Charlotte for three years there are things about Charlotte that are so surprising to me. Him being a native of Charlotte was rare and surprising, not many I have come accross. I enjoyed his warm yet knowledgable personality while touring because most tour guides can be boring... More

Our tour guide was very pleasant and courteous, however the tour was not what I expected based on the description. If you are planning to move here or are considering moving here, I think it would be quite informative as you see the various neighborhoods, shopping, banking and churches. However, if you are interested in more of a historical tour,... More

Mr. Gary Brigman picked me up at the hotel at 9:15 sharp! He loves what he does. He is a such nice man, and knows a lot about everything! He took me to all the points of interest, showed the downtown ( very nice, so charming!), explained the stories about the restaurants, the homes, the buildings, museums. He gives a... More

We really enjoyed Gary's tour due to his extensive knowledge of all things Charlotte- architecture, history, politics- you name it! Since there were only 4 of us on the tour (a third couple rescheduled for later in the day), we could freely ask as many questions as we wanted. Even though there was a race going on which caused detours,... More
