I went Sept 2 around 8pm and stayed for almost an hour and all it did was rotate. It was disappointing when I drove an hour to see it. I've seen it before and the pieces of the face used to move back and forth and rotate.

It's cool, but not really worth the drive. There's nothing else of note around the area, and the statue is in the middle of an industrial park ... even the surrounding buildings aren't that inspiring. There are three or four cookie-cutter office buildings. On top of that, if you want to see the statue morph, you have to be there... More

When all is said and done, it is a rotating water fountain made out of stainless steel (?). After 15 minutes, it was not back to face.

The fountain was not working the face was not morphing into other shapes so all we got was a picture of a very large sculpture.

I often take out-of-town visitors out to see this. It's just really cool. Since the city has grown out in that direction, there are plenty of places nearby for a quick meal.

Park and walk to the fountain and watch for several minutes. It's beautifully captivating! My teens and I tried to figure out which section would rotate next.

It is a quick trip. You just can't miss it. Took about 10 minutes to watch the fountain and try to figure it out. There is a jaunt in next to the steps to part the car. Go in the evening when everyone is at home. Wicked, wild. Makes you think.

Only that. A nice fountain. The fountain is in the middle of two business office. The only thing that attract you is this.
