Fun and relaxing

The atmosphere is laid back but the teachers are well qualified to answer any questions you have and to give you advice on how to make your painting better.

Highly suggest doing a painting session here-a lot of fun! Teachers are good and helpful. You don't have to be crafty or experienced at painting, but you will come out with a masterpiece! Offer a nice variety of classes, and can book online.

I have been to the Cajun Canvas twice in the last month. I went the first time with a friend and a bottle of wine. We had an excellent time. I also went another evening with my family. My kids had a blast. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Talent isn't necessary at all. The instructors are awesome. It... More

Karen was an amazing instructor. She was very patient, and helpful. I decided to check this place out after I purchased a deal for it on Living Social. I had an awesome time and left with a beautiful painting. Cajun Canvas was a great date night activity and I look forward to going again very soon.

Everyone paints the same picture, with instructions from Karen, the owner, or one of the artists she now employs. Pictures range from still life, landscape, and now animals. Each artist is unique, and each painting is unique. Visit the... More

Cajun Canvas is a great place to get creative and learn new painting techniques all while enjoying a tasty glass of wine! You leave with your 16x20 canvas & feel accomplished at the end of the night! It was a fun date, next time I'm bringing some good friends!

Sometimes it gets boring trying to figure out what to do, everything seems the same. This is not the same. I planned this for my fiance' & I and though he joked about being the only man there, we really enjoyed our time together. It created conversation for us regarding personality similarities or differences in our style of painting, strokes,... More
