The convention center is a convenient and nice venue to visit for various shows that are held there during the year for such items as auto, travel, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, etc. Safe and spacious exhibit area and convenient transportation there via light rail.

I've been to several conventions and events here over the past several years and have always enjoyed it. The location is nice and convenient to hotels and restaurants.

This gorgeous and roomy venue offered excellent options to our very large convention needs. Thanks for the Starbucks on the street level, our business partners could stay awake and energized. We love this facility.

All the events I went to so far have been good. The staff is professional and very helpful. The place is easy to get around and navigate from room to room.

I come here every year for a comic convention and have enjoyed it.. Good size structure with plenty of space. A lot of areas to sit and get out of the way. Staff-okay.Food-pricey. I suggest going to a restaurant outside the center for better selection and price. Always clean with plenty of security. can hold multiple conventions at one time.

Loved the feel and layout minus the light rail that passes through. The food and seating for lunch was great. Clean, pleasant and great place for a conference.

This is not a huge convention center, but our conference of 7000 fit in it nicely. There were several decent food options and the lines for food and coffee were short, very short compared to most other conference centers I have been to. The LRT severs the upper floor into two seperate areas, so you can not just wander from... More

I stay at the Charlotte Center City Hilton (next to the Charlotte Convention Center) every year for a weekend in September for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte Eucharistic Congress. Panera is close, for breakfast & the hotel has an affordable & delicious $15 breakfast buffet. The event is free, with a suggested donation of $30. Special speakers, sacred music,... More

The Charlotte Convention Center is a state of the art facility that can house just about any event that can cross your mind. I have been to plenty of auto shows, photography conventions, comic book conventions, among other annual meetings. The Convention Center has plenty of space for any event, and is always clean and brightly lit. The only drawbacks... More
