This place is not only fun for kids, but it is quite an attraction for adults as well. i was fascinated and amused at the same time. i had lots of fun. They should really dump more money into making this place even greater than it already is.

A great place to have family fun and to learn some things as well. The various exhibits provide an entertaining and interactive experience for all ages, but especially children. IMAX theater has 2-D and 3-D adventure and educational topics well worth seeing.

After several hours on the road we were looking forward to treating our little one to Discovery Place. By the time we checked into our hotel nearby and got over there, we only had a little less than an hour to play. But no matter, the little one loved running around to the various exhibits! The lady at the desk... More

We love this place. The summer camps rock, the duct tape area keeps the kids entertained for an hour, and the exhibits change frequently enough to keep the experience fresh.

We visited based on reviews of others. It was very interesting and had lots of unique exhibits. I wish our grandkids had been with us, as there so many hands on things for children to enjoy.

Similar to COSI in Columbus, OH, there are habitats of various animals there, frogs, aquariums, birds and such as well as other physical science related exhibits. The interaction is what keeps the kids interested. The building is 2 floors and when we visited with my grandson(2 years old) he loved looking at the animals and exploring. At the time, they... More

Has a terrific section for toddlers to get hands-on play in dozens of different media, regular showing of 15 minute movies, an aquarium section, a rainforest room, a huge section for bigger kids to do hands-on science play using pulleys, magnets, airlifts ... even a bed of nails. My kids always have a hard time leaving and they sleep well... More

Just a bit too crowded for me on a summer Friday. I think we chose the "daycare" day when all the camps and children's programs come. It made it difficult to enjoy, even for the kids. Yet, they still enjoyed it, but it was hard to get a turn at some things with soooo many children there at once. Be... More

I visited Discovery Place as a child and returned as an adult (nostalgia). There was plenty to do, all interactive, and via many media (visual, hands-on, etc). It covered a variety of learning topics from physics to biology to architecture. There were plenty of kids running around having fun!
