My husband and I decided on the Umstead for a "staycation" one weekend. While everything at the Umstead was outstanding, we found the spa to be particularly fantastic. If you have some extra money and want to really unwind, this is the place to go. I went by myself and enjoyed the solitude. It is the ultimate in relaxation. Will go again for sure.
