This tour was awesome! Beautiful and a must do! Even though we got rained on, we still had a wonderful time. Our guide Jodi was great, make sure you request him if you ever go. I really do think the guides make the trip. If you have a bad one, it's all down hill. Believe me I've had some bad... more

Did the Nantahala the first day then the Ocoee the next. We did the self guide on the Nantahala. On the Ocoee we had Van as our guide, he did a great job. One of my daughters was afraif to go but he assured her everything would be OK. Even though she got off the river half way though she... more

We arrived at Wildwater only to be greeted by a big sign out front saying "welcome ....(my name)...The amazing service continued from there. Not realizing the Nantahala was a very cold river, we did not come dressed correctly. The staff made sure we had warm gear & the girl at the check in desk even loaned me her wool socks... more

the guide was great and made it somewhat more fun....but it was expensive compared to the experience....more like a lazy river ride rather than the rapids i expected...we had fun, but i would do it on my own without a guide and people i do not know....or atleast do class 5 more
