The staff were excellent. We enjoyed panning for the gems and at the end the staff telling us what gems we had kept. Our grandchildren would have loved the experience.

*This review assumes that the finished gems i'll be receiving turn out well. Pros: -Very cool experience and extreme personal attention when they lay out all your rocks to show you the potential value if turned into gems. -Thought I was gonna get ripped off at first but the rocks are actually legit semi-precious stones!! Sapphires, Rubies, Emeralds, Garnets, Peridot....etc.... More
