We enjoyed playing here recently while on a vacation to the mountains. This course is very enjoyable to play, but quite busy at this time of the year. Greens were above average condition and speed for a public course. Staff was friendly and helpful with getting us out to play pretty close to the scheduled time. You will enjoy the... More

We played here three times in two weeks and would have played more but there's just so much time and so many great things to see and do in the area. This is a beautiful course, very well manicured, and run by some very nice folks. Every hole was beautiful and presented it's own challenges, but with four sets of... More

Easy to get a tee time and start times are well managed. We experienced no backups. From start to finish the game took about 4 hours. The course had medium difficulty. Somewhat challenging for new golfers due the length of the holes. Cost of a round with cart was around $55.

We played BGC on a crisp, clear fall day during peak "leaf-looking" season. The scenery helped make up for the poor shotmaking we did. BGC is well-conditioned, especially considering the huge volume of play. Make a tee time well in advance. Don't have a foursome? They'll probably put another player or two with you... I don't like this, but it's... More

I travel a lot from Chester to Bristol specially through 321 and this is my best place to get together with friends and have some nice day out golfing on sunny day. Very nice pleasant place with great restaurants around in town. I have golfed all my life from as low as $50 courses to $500 and upward courses. This... More

Such a beautiful course. The holes are long with rolling terrain. It's a strenuous walk, but an easy ride. The clubhouse is situated high over the course with seating, so if you aren't a golfer, you can relax outside and just enjoy the view.

Group Charity Tournament. Loved the beautiful course but if you are not used to the hills, it will be harder for you

We play Boone every year as part of a summer Golf Outing. The course is in great shape (there are some ground under repair sections this year, due to the torrential rains of the summer). The staff is friendly, the layout is challenging with 3 or 4 mountain holes to compliment the valley contingent. The course is mature and offers... More

Recently played a scramble at Boone Golf Club during a family wedding weekend. Booked the tee times on the phone - not very friendly. However, when we arrived, the hospitality had improved. Agree that they do need some professional help in the pro shop. All other staff members were very accomodating

I had business in Boone and wanted to play a round of golf. It was a Friday afternoon around 2:30 and I ask the older gentleman working if I could play as a single or maybe join a group of 3 . He told me if I waited he would get me in as a single.. I waited until 4:30... More
