Adventure was great and full of fun. It is worth your money plus it includes lunch. You get to see pictures of the whole trip after the fact and you are able to take those memories home.

Our family had been wanting to get out and go rafting for some time. We linked up with River and Earth adventures and had a fantastic trip on the Watauga. The length was great and our kids, age 3 and 6 had a blast. I can't wait to go again.

Make sure you understand what you're getting for your money; in our case, we booked a tubing trip down the New River for our family. I had planned the short tubing ride, a stop to eat the picnic lunch I had packed, and then a longer afternoon tube. After we checked-in, paid, and did the paperwork at their location in... More

We live in NC but had never whitewater rafted as a family. My son chose this day trip for his 7th birthday as you must be 7 to go. The guides were super fun but professional and knowledgable and at our lunch they magically pulled out of coolers, there was also a birthday cake for our son. He was so... More

Our guide, Josh, took us on an awesome rafting trip down the Watauga yesterday. It was fairly last minute on our part, but we were relieved that they had room left. All the guides were very organized, fun, and knowledgable. Perfect intro rafting trip for our kids (ages 9, 7, & 4)! The only way it could have been better... More

The plan for our last day on vacation was tubing. The weather was perfect but the trip was most certainly not! Two hours after waiting for tubes, we called it a day and headed back to the shop for a refund. There may have not been tubes on the river but there were lots in the parking lot! Grant apologized... With a total last-minute plan, we decided to all go rafting together while on vacation. We were 4 adults and 3 children, so we appreciated the idea of something to do outdoors. It was fantastic for the kids and adults alike. Very safe and easy-going. Thanks to Brian and josh for a great time!

This was my first rafting trip and hopefully not my last. Grant had a very organized trip planned for us. Our guide was great and the river was beautiful. I highly recommend River and Earth Adventures to all. This was an awesome experience!

I called on Friday for a Saturday trip and Grant hooked us up. He made sure that we got exactly what we needed at a great price. Once we booked in we were sent to the drop off site. The girl gave us wonderful directions until the last turn and we drove up and down a road looking for the... More
