Thank you for the compliment. Our entire staff tries hard every day to offer our customer a great experience. Everyone has the occasional "off day" so we are glad to hear it when we knock it out of the park. More

Had a wonderful game of golf. The weather was atrocious, but the club management did everything they could to make the visit memorable The course was very wet but spectacular design made it very worthwhile.

Thank you for the positive review. Yes, the Carolinas were hit hard with the storm of the century. Many in our industry took it on the chin this past month. We were fortunate not to receive as much rain as our brothers to the south. The rains we did receive drained relatively quickly. Despite the potential for storms, you can't... More

I'm a local and have been playing Carolina National regularly for 3 years. The problem is when you call for a tee time or show up to play they NEVER volunteer information about the course. Once again, I ran out late in the afternoon (3pm) to get in 18 on my own. I called a few hours ahead of time... More

Kevin, We are disappointed to hear about your recent experience at Carolina National. We apologize if you were not informed about our summer aerification. We try to inform everyone using many different outlets, but unfortunately you must have been missed. Aerfication is an unfortunate necessity, and we try hard to communicate our schedule to every customer. In addition to telling... More

This is a great course with a good mix of easy and challenging holes. 27 holes with new greens that are speedy and in great condition. Played Egret and Heron and can't wait to go back to play the Ibis. They had a special offer for First Tee players so my son and I played for just $28. A must... More

Thank you for your positive review. Our staff has worked really hard to get the course to it's current condition. We are receiving very positive reviews right now from many satisfied customers. We are looking forward to even better conditions as we prepare for the fall golf season. Tell everyone you know. We hope to see more happy golfers. More

Three friends and I wanted to try some courses north of Myrtle Beach and something new. We took the 45 minute drive to Carolina National. The course was as nice as anything on the Strand!! The staff was polite and friendly. The greens were like putting on glass. Carolina National is our new must play course!

I've played this course , all 3 nines, several times over the last 6 years. While there are some areas they need to improve, like the drainage on a few holes, it's a nice layout and friendly to mid to high handicappers.

Thank you for the positive review. We love to see you return each year. With the summer heat in full swing, we are preparing for a great fall season. The grass likes the heat much more than golfers do. Fall conditions should be spectacular. More

We were excited about playing this Fred Couples layout. Unfortunately the course wasn't in the best shape. Many greens were less than perfect and the practice green was under repairs. The layout is nice and the scenery was spectacular. The staff were very friendly. I doubt we will play there again as there are so many courses in the area... More

We thank you for the positive comments about our staff. We try very hard to maintain a high standard of customer service. We are sorry you did not think the course conditions were up to your standards. We feel we do a pretty good job of balancing course conditions with value. We plan to raise our prices next year in... The course is contrived. There are three nines and it is obvious some of the holes were crammed in or restricted because of ecological factors. I am NO fan of the blind shot or layup-layup hole and they have a few of those. When space was available there are also some beautiful and challenging holes. However, I just couldn't get... More

Thank you for your recent review. The designer of the course, Fred Couples might be offended, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. That is what makes this country GREAT. In response to: "If you have nothing much else to do and they have a special/low priced green fee, you might want to consider it." We hope you have nothing... More
