I have a season's pass and go as many times each year as I can with my grandson. We both look forward to opening day so we can start the fun again for another year.

This place is very overpriced for admission, but if you have very young kids that love trains, their fun may be worth it to you. If they would lower the price and add more for older kids this review would've been better. (and this is coming from a local)

I have nothing but wonderful memories of tweetsie railroad so i decided i would take my children so they can have the same fond memories as me. They loved getting on the train but when the "robbery" started they were a little shook up until i reassured them that they were acting after that they were fine. We went to... More

I normally don't like scary things like this, but the ghost train was awesome this time. It wasn't too scary for the younger kids and wasn't boring for the rest of us. Overall, it was a nice trip but, kind of pricey.

I visited this place nearly 4 decades ago and still remember it. We decided to take our boy there. It wasn't crowded at all and we were able to ride and ride. The train, actors, shows, and personnel are wonderful. The place is still a real gem after all these years. Take your kids and be prepared to have fun.... More

My 77 yo father loves this place, but it really is just okay for most adults. But the kids will have fun as there is quite a bit more than just the railroad. One caution, the outlaw acting with the gunfights may be scary for some younger children, just something to consider.

We went there this past weekend and had a great time. I feel it was a bit pricey ($37 adults, $24 kids), but fun nonetheless. We have an 8 and 9 year old and they enjoyed the bigger rides. They really enjoyed the ski lift up the mountain to the one of the three small park areas. We watched a... More

You can see picture depot, stroller rental, cowboy cantina, souvenir shops in main street. TIPS: sit in right side of the train, all show will in right hand side. Don't ride front seat because once train start moving, a lot of smoke come out from train. There are two areas: Country Fair and Miner's Mountain. Country Fair: Tornado, Free Fall... More
