Well, here I go again with my reviews of shoddy casinos...if you liked my other ones, youre sure to enjoy this romp: Empire City is the artist formerly known as Yonkers Raceway, and sits just above one of the many anonymous highways of NYC. It's pathetic attempt at a casino is obvious once you walk in: Vagrants huddled by one... More

I rented a limo for my wife and 2 other couples for Valentine's Day. We went to New York City for a drink at the Marriott Marquis Rooftop bar and then Il Vagobondo for dinner. After dinner on our way back to Connecticut we stopped at Empire City Casino for some gambling entertainment. It was exactly what we thought it... More

I am praying for god to keep me away from that place. I really don't know why they opened a casino. In this world if we pay taxes. And they rob your money in less than 4 hr

the people are pleasant-the help is nice and the food isn't bad. my only real complaint is that YOU CAN'T WIN ANYTHING HERE. People tell me that the machines are very tight and there is alot of corruption behind closed doors. just know when you come here-you might enjoy yourself on the slots-i know i do-but don't expect to win... Empire City has all the makings to be a casino except a hotel. The restaurants there are good and the drinks are hit or miss. The bar usually offers great specials during the football season. Another small draw back is there are no table games. This doesn't effect me at all. I go here once or twice a month to... More

Music system is horrible. All the restaurants in house are gross. Food is terrible. This place has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. I'm pretty sure it was built by the state to steal back welfare checks because that's what the clientele all look like. Parking is free and it is off an interstate. I'd rather go elsewhere I suggest you do... More

If you like to play slots and don't expect much more that that, this is an interesting stop. No place for kids. No table games and no hotel but there are some restaurants which range from mediocre to decent. There are a good number and selection of slot machines. Live music on weekends which gives the place an upbeat feel.... More
