You wont be dissapointed. $20. Ea. And well worth it. The jaw dropping views all the way up as you walk around the gondola with only you and your family are unforgetable. It holds 8 or just you. Its very private and the last gondola leaves the top about 5. Ask for the exact time. Take lunch if you wish... More

The drive up to Whiteface Mountain was the highlight of our short excursion. The highway is not new, so expect some bumps and ridges along the way; but it is a rare opportunity to climb a mountain without hiking boots, and to stop along the way to enjoy some of the most spectacular sites imaginable. The choice at the top... More

If you want to go all over to the top, go with the car, pay an inexpensive tool and go all the way to the top. The road is bumpy, but not steep. Drive carefully. At the end of the roar there is a large parking, follow attendant's instruction and do not steel other people's parking spots. It is a... More

Take gondola ride to top of mountain $15pp. Amazing views. You can get off and walk around or simply stay on gondola. Approximately 45 minutes. They also have a few other adult/children's activities available for purchase. Worth a visit if you are in area.

Awesome views and a great place to reflect on just how small you are and how large the world around us is. The views were great and breathtaking for this location. If you are in the area this is a must visit location.

I love this place! Great terrain and incredible people. Lift lines are reasonable, even on the weekends.

You can go up to Whiteface on the lifts or driving. We have done both. The road up is a pleasant way to go. The road can be a bit rough in some spots but it is worth the trip up. Once to the end of the road up you can walk or take an elevator to the tippy top.... More

The highlight of the visit to WhiteFace Mountain was The Cloud Splitter Gondola ride to the summit. The views were amazing. The ride was pretty intense but great fun especially getting to the top and taking in the views. The drive to the highest point of the mountain was great! At the top there was a little castle, cafe and... More

Seems like a trip back in time and in some ways literally is. The drive up a fairly bumpy road which seems to luckily being worked on intensively ends in a parking lot in the clouds. A 500 foot tunnel into the mountain (yes, people tunnels are supposed to be cool and clammy) leads to an elevator which takes you... More
