A most enjoyable and educational excursion. Although May we enjoyed a sunny and pleasant trip, too cold to snorkel though. Friendly skipper. There are several operators to choose from but only one with the glass bottom boats. Seeing the giant snapper and other fish below was a highlight of our trip. There isn't a toilet on board so go before... More

The down to earth, lovely hosts Hayley and Mark made us feel welcomed, relaxed and comfortable on our afternoon trip. Glass Bottom Boat!!! Was definately the coolest part, local Marine Life just below your feet!! Beautiful day. Skipper Mark friendly amusing & informative. Calm weather, no wind, seas flat. Even if weather was worse, I think it is still would be an unmissible excursion.

My wife and I took a cruise on the glass bottom boat during a recent trip to Whitianga. The tour guide/skipper Mark, was great. Super friendly, professional, and well informed regarding the area's history and marine life. The highlight of the trip was seeing the school of big healthy snapper at Gemstone Bay, and taking the boat inside a sea... More

Great two hour tour full of caves fish and fantastic beaches. A very knowledgable guide of the area and marine life. Loads of fun and great value for money. Our guides boat handling was exceptional and took us right into large and small caves, blow holes and right up to the amazing cathedral cove. Highly recommended. Thanks so much Mark... More

We visited in late May (the off-season) and enjoyed an uncrowded and beautiful boat ride. We saw many blue snapper fish and a sting ray. The scenery on the shore was also beautiful, especially Cathedral Cove. Our guide was friendly and informative. Highly recommended.

The new owner is friendly without being over bearing and very knowledgeable about the history of the coast and the marine life. The visibility into the sea is good, but of course what you see is pot luck. Not cheap, but worth the money.
