What a glorious place to soak tired bodies and get a total relax. The big pool was a little cool but the smaller one was a great temperature. The native bush surroundings are really well thought out and the staff were great.

We had 2 visits to The Lost Spring, once for a massage and facial and once for a swim. Oh my gosh. The massage and facial were divine, we left feeling like pampered goddesses. I was stunned by the beauty and natural setting of the pools, just so amazing. We had a swim in the warm pool then made our... More

Went there a couple of times and it's amazing, all the hot pools and landscape with caves, special lights, coconut threes - waiters bringing cocktails. It's a no brainer - it's worth the trip from Auckland just to go there and spend a few hours to recharge.

Went there with my partner for a relaxing getaway from Auckland. Very relaxing experience! Therapists were very friendly and the service was the BEST! The pool was a little dirty though and didn't look like it was thoroughly cleaned.

Amazing! Beautiful pools, amazing helpful friendly staff. Would recommend to all! The medium pool could just be a little hotter.

Beautiful setting, so lovely to walk into. Some of the decor and wall hangings are a bit out of place or dated. But really nicely presented for the most part. Loved all the outside spa areas, the only thing I could suggest would be temperature guides on the maps and outside pools, we went in winter and just assumed the... More

This Place is amazing. They have three separate pools. The main pool includes a smaller pool and a cave spa. The crater pool is warmer. Water is provided free of charge as a self service but if you will prefer drink, they are available. Price is amazingly expensive too. They have 2 types of admission. 1 hour admission and whole... We walked by the lost spring shop in the main road and we talked with Delphine the belgium girl and she highly recommended to go, she offers 1h30 for the price of 1hour and she said it s beautiful especially at night and she was right. As soon as we found a babysitter we could experience the thermal pool and... More
