We loved our visit here! We came in a group of 6 people in February and had an awesome time. It was so nice to sip on pina coladas and bob along in bath-warm water in such a beautiful setting. I loved the different areas with varying temperatures as well. Great place to lounge around for an hour!

Checked out this place when I was in Whitianga. I am a big fan of hot pools and this is definiteły in my top 5. The landscaping was beautiful and the pools very relaxing. It was also possible to start a tab and order drinks and nibbles while you are in the pool. Will definitely return.

We loved this place, we live on the Mornington peninsula in victoria and have hot springs near us so had great expectations we weren't disappointed, highlights include being able to have a glass of wine sitting in the pools, not very busy, a hidden gem we will be back

The décor and atmosphere here just makes you relax the food it always spot on and love the service you receive, it makes you feel you are special all the time we go there. Great not only for lunch but an early dinner before the movies. In our industry it is hard to eat between 1-3 pm and to find... More

To have a thermal experience in Mercury Bay can for some be an unexpected surprise. The owner has spent many years developing a modern spa facility and with added benefits of dining and massage also available. Unfortunately we consider it to be too highly priced to visit and the limits of children's visits do not allow it to be a... More

A wonderful spa treatment followed by a soak in the springs made for a magnificent time. We love the drinks service option in the springs.

Was so surprised to walk in to what was such a lovely setting, reminded me of Hawaii years ago. Enjoyed the pool areas and the Pina mocktail! Had a couples massage which was lovely. Although it was a unique experience I would have liked to have returned each day of our stay for a relaxing soak in the pools but... More
