Great service. Great venue. Great idea and awesome cocktails. Just lovely. We had a great time and highly recommend. Best service in the coromandel. This guy really knows how to run a business. Still a hidden secret. No tour buses etc. awesome.

We came to TLS after being rained out of our original kayaking plans and I must say that this definitely made up for it. It was perfect. There are several different temperatures to relax in to suit everyone. It was an amazing experience sitting in the pools with steam surrounding you whilst the rain came down. The landscaping is truly... More

We were looking for a 1/2 day "pampering" and the Lost Spring was just the ticket! We loved the staff, who make everything easy and were there to see to our every wish. The food we ordered by the pool was delicious, we'd recommend the pulled pork tacos and the lamb skewers. We'd stay with the beer as the Cosmopolitan... More

This little piece of paradise is an absolute delight and when you consider its in suburbia it makes it even more special. The best time to visit is when the weather isn't suitable for beaching or enjoying the coromandel scenery. The imagination of the original owner has to be seen to believe as it all appears so natural and incorporates... More

We stayed a few days in the beautiful area of Whitianga. Our hotel manager recommended The Lost Spring. As it is not a facility for children under 16 I left our 2 preteens in the care of husband and had a few hours to myself. An hour and a half in the warm spring pools followed by a deluxe pedicure.... A huge asset to Whitianga. While you are there you realise you a truely in the Pacific. The most relaxed surroundings you could wish for. Absolutely stunning! All facilities are world class.

We had the most amazing experience on the afternoon of the 12th of November. Service was amazing, pools were amazing, and dinner was even better, hats off to the chef and waitresses. Will be recommending to everyone and definitely coming back.

A wonderful way to spend a few hours - or even better a day. Peaceful and relaxing setting. Also friendly staff in the restaurant with good menu. Special admission deals worth considering with admission plus meal or massage.

This is a man made and yet relaxing and beautiful hot springs area. I have been to more swimming pool experiences and real bush experiences and this beat them all. Apparently it is the work of a couple who have devoted their lives to trying to create a natural style haven for all to enjoy. I am an unwell person... More
