I love this place it is amazing a must do if you are visiting the area. To relax in geo thermal pools surrounded by native trees and plants with beautiful birds, it is heaven on earth. Fabulous staff and a huge thanks to the owner for creating such a beautiful place.

Had an old voucher for lost spring, they were still happy to redeem it - thanks. Crater pool the best. Main pool was a little cold, my coctail was nice my husband margarita was not that good.

Tried this one evening whilst staying in the area. Didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. It is a genuine geo thermal hot pool experience. It consists of various pools of varying temperatures in a tasteful grotto like setting. We enjoyed the fact that it was not open to children. The staff were friendly & attentive. A... More

Stopped here in winter for a swim in the hot pools. Gorgeous place and lovely pools. Didn't dine or drink there but the restaurant and bar areas looked great. Menu looked good. Staff were very friendly and the rates reasonable. Men's changing room was a bit small with only one shower but a small matter. It was actually raining lightly... More

What a lovely experience. Every thing is so beautiful, tui's singing in the trees, cocktails in the pool, no screaming kids. Massage to finish woo!!!.

Tucked away within a residential area of Whitianga, once you step inside you will be immediately transported to a tranquil wonderland complete with polynesian inspired music and pathways through tropical foliage to greet the spa pools. You have the choice to alternate between a cooler temperature and a traditional hot spa pool, set within clay-type rock formations, some adorned very... More

What and awesome place to discover. Tucked away down a driveway you wouldn't know how beautiful the Lost Springs are until you step inside. Congratulation to the team who looked after us amazing hospitality and everything first class. A special thanks to the ukulele players who serenaded us.

Nice place to go for a treat, very expensive $38 for 90 minutes, if you ask for a tab you get extra 30mins for free, on your visa, you don't have to buy anything else i.e. drink etc. The pools are beautiful, and there is water there so you don't dehydrate and there is no charge for it.

Purchased the couples day spa package, including a one hour hot stone massage, all day pool access, a very generous and tasty antipasto platter and two glasses of bubbly. Thoroughly enjoyed the massage, highly relaxing, and the therapists were very friendly and professional. Pool-side staff were also very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to treat... More

It was nice here, I guess I was expecting it to be a little less artificial with outdoors areas. But it was still a peaceful place, great for couples or with friends. I do think it is a bit overpriced for entry. We got a couples massage whilst we were here which was nice. Staff were average some of the... More
