Description: Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate...
Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker. We import the world's best cacao beans and turn them into "single-origin" chocolate bars at our Yallingup chocolate gallery, coaxing out the wide range of natural flavours that emerge from the different cacao bean varieties. Taste the latest range of chocolate bars being made, and sit inside or outside near the grass at Gabriel Cafe to indulge in one of our decadent hot chocolates, salted chocolate chip cookies or hand-made, chocolate-dipped ice-creams.

We popped in today on the recommendation of a lady at Watershed winery, it is well worth popping in. The products are expertly made, the staff member we spoke to was well educated on the chocolate making process and we learnt a lot in a short visit.

This was recommended to us over and above the Margaret River Chocolate Factiory (huge, mass produced, frantic). It didn't disappoint. Staff were happy to chat about the produce and we enjoyed a fantastic afternoon tea and a few treats to take with us. It's worth trying the quality of their products

Great spot to drop by for buying quality chocolate. You can taste the chocolate and it is made on site. A gentleman tells you about the various locations where the cacao beans are sourced. The variety of locations produce a variety of flavors.

We visited 9/4/15 around 2pm. made an order in the cafe after the lady working in the cafe forgot our order twice. After the second time we asked for our order her response was she was to hungover, then continued her convocation with her friend that came in for a chat. great chocolate and hot chocolate... not so great service.

A member of our group suggested this stop. It is boutique chocolate. A spiel of the history and products is provided including tasting. Many products are made using cocoa from specific countries. These chocolates are accordingly labelled. A cafe is also on site but we had just had coffee at our previous stop. Definitely worth a visit.

Gabriel Chocolate source their cocoa from some of the best places in the world such as Madagascar. To get a hands on experience of how beautiful chocolate, both dark and milk is truly educational. And the chocolate is to die for. A must for all chocoholics. About $10.00 a block, but it is worth it.

Real Chocolate made on site. Beans are sourced from various countries around the world. Beans are hand sorted, roasted and chocolate made on site with single site beans. You'll have to visit to understand. They only make small batches at a time (250 bars only) and they are the creamiest, yummiest chocolate I have ever eaten. Well worth the visit.

Welcomed by a young women who was only too happy to answer any questions we had it was a very pleasing visit. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the chocolate, where it's cacao beans are from and how it's all made. This would be some of the finest chocolates I've ever tasted. Pure, smooth and incredible. So nice to... More

The best chocolate, iced chocolate, chocolate chip biscuit and staff in the area. After a disappointing experience at the Margaret River Chocolate Factory, this was just what we needed today.
