Description: Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate...
Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker. We import the world's best cacao beans and turn them into "single-origin" chocolate bars at our Yallingup chocolate gallery, coaxing out the wide range of natural flavours that emerge from the different cacao bean varieties. Taste the latest range of chocolate bars being made, and sit inside or outside near the grass at Gabriel Cafe to indulge in one of our decadent hot chocolates, salted chocolate chip cookies or hand-made, chocolate-dipped ice-creams.

We visited Gabriel Chocolate yesterday after reading the excellent reviews on TA.....all we can say is that it's all true! The staff were more than happy to explain the types of chocolate available, which was then a great excuse to keep trying the samples. You cannot go past the cafe & having one of the yummy hot chocolates...the white hot... More

The name Gabriel Chocolate 'Gallery' is an apt description. It is definitely more a 'gallery' compared with other 'factories' in the area. Interior is sparse and on the Sunday morning we went, looked like the shelves needed restocking - lots were empty. We weren't guided through, so just made our own way around, tasted the nibs, which I didn't particularly... More

Gabriel Chocolate differentiates itself by producing chocolate in single origin batches - like a wine vintage they say. Knowledgable staff offered us tastings from different batches to narrow down the chocolates we most preferred. There is a chocoholic's dream cafe situated within the premises. We didn't eat there so I'm unable to comment on the quality of the food. Worth... More

Delicious chocolate which you can really taste the difference and quality, you can't eat a whole bar in one sitting as the chocolate is very rich and luxurious. Lovely setting with House of Cards winery next door and very helpful and relaxed staff, no stress, no fighting to get to samples and no sharing other people's germs like you do... More

This place is beautiful. We went here as a group of six and four of us had a wonder through while the other two tried wine at House of Cards. There is a wide variety of chocolate to try which is made from cocoa beans from all over the world. The chocolate has different tastes and textures depending on where... More

The staff were knowledgeable and keen to explain the artisan process involved in producing single origin chocolate from bean to bar. The homemade chocolate icecream was extraordinary and generous servings. Would highly recommend a visit for the serious, discerning chocolate lover.
