Description: Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate...
Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker. We import the world's best cacao beans and turn them into "single-origin" chocolate bars at our Yallingup chocolate gallery, coaxing out the wide range of natural flavours that emerge from the different cacao bean varieties. Taste the latest range of chocolate bars being made, and sit inside or outside near the grass at Gabriel Cafe to indulge in one of our decadent hot chocolates, salted chocolate chip cookies or hand-made, chocolate-dipped ice-creams.

We went here on the way back up from margaret river. Its a small shop in a farm on caves road. This is a must stop if you are a chocolate lover. We had their choc ice cream and choc banana waffle. What a treat it was. They also offer light lunch as well. You can also purchase their chocolate... More

We visited 19/06/2015 on a rainy Friday morning. The server was EXCELLENT, full of knowledge about the chocolates and so very helpful. She explained lots and kept giving us samples of different things to try. I left with a little more knowledge of chocolate and lots to eat later. Would definitely go back!

Small artisan chocolatier - beautifully presented showroom - we did not purchase from the cafe. Knowledgeable, helpful staff - chocolate tasting and wonderfully presented products. The place to go if you are looking for something more than pure commercialism.

I had never heard of them but they were right next door to House of Cards and so we went in. The chocolate was wonderful and the staff were helpful offering tastes of the different varieties. At the rear, there is a small café offering ice cream and light lunches at very attractive prices.

Small boutique with good ice cream and cafe with yes of course choc nibs sampling. Single source bar Chocs mostly. Limited range but fairly good. Not as smooth as Balen &Co I find, but quality better than the commoditized marg choc factory range. Enjoy

This was a highlight of our wine tour and gave us a chance to refresh the palate. Tasty locally made chocolate and friendly staff only too willing to pass on their knowledge. Plenty of tasting samples available. The chocolate we bought didnt last long. Will go back again.

Brilliant service & chocolate, this is the only Chocolatier you need to visit in the region, their chocolate is superior and superb. Many samples to try and the staff were very knowledgable about their products. Needless to stay the goodies we purchased (and we purchased a lot) didn't last very long as it was delicious and we couldn't help but... More

This is a fairly new place, but one worth a visit. His hand made chocolate is fantastic as is his ice cream which is also produced on site. You will not regret visiting Gabriel.

Lovely intimate venue with plenty to learn about and taste. As a dark chocolate fan who has never been fond of the "other" chocolate factory, I just love the authenticity and gourmet aspect of the place. I ( finally) came, I tasted lots, and bought chocolate that was unique and special. I will return!

Great little chocolate maker. We tried many different samples of chocolate and the friendly, knowledgable staff gave us very detailed information about all the different types and flavours. The cafe is also very good, with good coffee and tasty hot chocolate. The big chocolate biscuit (saw it, couldn't resist) was the most moist, moorish cookie I've had for years! Drop... More
