Owner description: Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker. We import the world's best cacao beans and turn them into "single-origin" chocolate bars at our Yallingup chocolate gallery, coaxing out the wide range of natural flavours that emerge from the different cacao bean varieties. Taste the latest range of chocolate bars being made, and sit inside or outside near the grass at Gabriel Cafe to indulge in one of our decadent hot chocolates, salted chocolate chip cookies or hand-made, chocolate-dipped ice-creams.

Delicious artisanal chocolate, much more interesting than the chocolate factory. Warning the cafe closes a bit early (430) as they promptly close the entire shop by 5pm.

Gabriel's Chocolate was a gem! I was fortunate, at my visit, Neil was in the shop and he is the person who does the roasting and all the technical stuff from the time Gabriel's get its sacks of cocoa beans from Venezuela, Ghana, Ecuador and several more countries that I cannot remember. He explained the process to willing listeners and... More

This is an excellent alternative to the Margaret River Chocolate Factory. More personal, more chocolatey and just a nicer experience. We make it a point to stop here at least once every time we visit Margaret River. The service staff are also great, always happy to give you a run down on the latest in chocolate news.

I totally love this place. Every time we're down South we pop in. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially in the cafe. Way better than Margaret River Chocolate Factory - less crowds and better quality. A must to visit in between all of those gorgeous wineries!

Should you make your way to this delicious gem and be greeted by a bearded assistant, you will know you've done well. Knowledgable, friendly and happy to educate you on the art and origins of their chocolate, but just as happy to let you wander in peace. And did I mention sugar free chocolate with no nasty preservatives and absolutely... More

Chocolates, ice cream, coffee, cakes all in the one place. What more could you ask for? Tried many different dark chocolates and had each one explained in detail. Such a nice stop for morning or afternoon tea on your way to or from the wineries.

Gabriel Chocolate is absolutely amazing. I fell in love with dark chocolate when I normally would not eat it.

These guys make some seriously good chocolate. They have almost single-handedly converted me to dark chocolate because it's that good. To top it off the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the coffees are great, and their hot chocolate is sublime...

Love going here for coffee and a little bit of chocolate. Honestly the coffee is always lovely and there are chocolate samples to be had, so what is not to like?? I usually buy some chocolate as gifts for friends or family and after our coffee and/or hot chocolate, and/or home baked chocolate chip cookies or other tasty treats -... More
