Description: Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate...
Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker. We import the world's best cacao beans and turn them into "single-origin" chocolate bars at our Yallingup chocolate gallery, coaxing out the wide range of natural flavours that emerge from the different cacao bean varieties. Taste the latest range of chocolate bars being made, and sit inside or outside near the grass at Gabriel Cafe to indulge in one of our decadent hot chocolates, salted chocolate chip cookies or hand-made, chocolate-dipped ice-creams.

Lovely intimate venue with plenty to learn about and taste. As a dark chocolate fan who has never been fond of the "other" chocolate factory, I just love the authenticity and gourmet aspect of the place. I ( finally) came, I tasted lots, and bought chocolate that was unique and special. I will return!

Great little chocolate maker. We tried many different samples of chocolate and the friendly, knowledgable staff gave us very detailed information about all the different types and flavours. The cafe is also very good, with good coffee and tasty hot chocolate. The big chocolate biscuit (saw it, couldn't resist) was the most moist, moorish cookie I've had for years! Drop... More

Tucked away off the highway, lovely cafe with samples of chocolate. All natural products that are affordable to purchase. We stopped for a pimped up toastie & coffee, very nice. The staff are very friendly & so are the resident doggies.

Gabriel Chocolate Factory is a cute little place. They make their own chocolate on the premises, and the staff will tell you about the chocolate making process. They give you free samples to try, & it's the first time I've tried fresh cocoa beans, which is where chocolate comes from. In fact, the staff told us that the cocoa beans... More

If you are a chocolate lover, then you must visit Gabriel's....or perhaps you shouldn't....However if you do decide to, then be warned, you won't come out of there empty handed. It is the BEST CHOCOLATE! Truly. ....And you cannot leave there without popping in to their cafe for a hot chocolate! I have not had a better one anywhere. Delightful... More

Gabriel's chocolate is fantastic. Definitely worth the visit. It was mentioned that they are opening up to include a tour and maybe a workshop in the future. I can't wait.
