Kath was an amazing guide with great depth of knowledge (putting Cape Leeuwin guide to shame) and the lighthouse was a little gem (only 19 metres high) with a great view.

With various walks available, take the time to choose the less travelled paths. Remember your water and tie down your hat. The scenery is quite remarkable and choose to climb the lighthouse as well. Very enjoyable few hours.

The title should hint that the wind was very strong. I was wary of the stairs but being a stubby little lighthouse managed it with ease. The view was gorgeous - even with the weather changing and Rory gave such a great load of information for us to get a feel of the history. Even spotted a whale. It felt... More

Sunday morning stroll We first did the whale lookout. About 40 min walk there and back.. Lovely view of the coastline. When we got back we were a little past the hour for the tour but Sarah( I think was her name ) waited for us, thankfully. And proceeded to give us a wonderful tour of the lighthouse and its... More

Kath was a great tour guide giving us lots of interesting information and even found time to joke with the kids. Whilst possibly the smallest lighthouse I've ever seen it ranks as one of the best! The views are amazing and the trails most enjoyable. Recommend the whale lookout trail. Well worth a visit.

We visited the lighthouse, thinking that it would be a leisurely walk up to the lighthouse but didn't expect that there was a fee to pay to walk up to it. We chose to stay around the visitor centre, enjoyed the nice scenery and lovely winter sun 😀

We just wanted to drive up and have a quick look at the little white lighthouse at the end of the long winding road up Cape Naturaliste (which you used to be able to do back in the day) but when we got there the road was blocked and you had to pay $4 per person to walk up to... More
