Although the Caravan Park was clean and adequate we found the caravan park was mainly occupied by members of society over the age of 75 +. This generation had absolutely no tolerance of kids and told them off at every opportunity! For example if the children rode their bikes too fast, we're not allowed to play ball sports on the... The most amazing sight up on the cliffs. Sharks just cruising along without a care in the world. Give swimming a miss here!

We're Victorian and have managed to get to this amazing place at least 6 times in the last 9 years. We have a tinny and fish off Denham,at Monkey Mia (mostly crabbing there) and Fowler's Camp. As well as the fish we catch, we have seen whales, dugongs, dolphins, turtles and sea snakes up close from our boat. I never... More

The timeless shallow bay with the world's largest sea-grass meadows filled with wildlife - dolphins everywhere, turtles, sharks, rays, and yes! - dugongs. Disliked? We came at a cold time when the big tides made the usually glass-clear water a bit turbid. Next time we'll come in August or thereabouts.

I took a tour of the Peron Peninsula with Wula Guda Nyinda Eco Adventures. Access to the peninsula requires a high clearance 4x4 . The tour guide was a charismatic proud Australian who has embraced his heritage, culture and language, providing an entertaining and informative tour of the harsh but magnificent peninsula. Well worth going on.

The journey was really amazing and advetures. We reach Perth in May and the weather was cooling and raining. We started from Perth and spend a night in Gerladton before we adjured to Denham and later to Monkey Mia. The entired journey required atleast a 9 hours drive, 875KM, We never regret the drive. We took the NW Costal highway... More

With heaps of destinations around this world heritage listed area, Shark Bay offers so many different activities for all the family. With great fishing spots, dolphin watching and a great coast line, this is a good holiday destination.
