Magic day to relax, see the dolphin being fed, take a cruise and enjoy the super beach and restaurant.

Denham is a beautiful understated holiday area. It has so much to do there really is no need to travel to Monkey Mia unless the opportunity to be selected to feed the Dolphins is your dream. Monkey Mia is only approx. 20 mins from Denham so be there prior to 07.45. Denham has the opportunity to Whale watch, go 4... More

If you're a keen outdoor afficianado then Shark Bay is a must-see destination. Fishing, wildlife watching, four wheel driving, diving and kayaking are major activities that you can partake in, preferably with your own gear of course. Just be prepared for 130 km hike from the main highway.

Although the Caravan Park was clean and adequate we found the caravan park was mainly occupied by members of society over the age of 75 +. This generation had absolutely no tolerance of kids and told them off at every opportunity! For example if the children rode their bikes too fast, we're not allowed to play ball sports on the... The most amazing sight up on the cliffs. Sharks just cruising along without a care in the world. Give swimming a miss here!

We're Victorian and have managed to get to this amazing place at least 6 times in the last 9 years. We have a tinny and fish off Denham,at Monkey Mia (mostly crabbing there) and Fowler's Camp. As well as the fish we catch, we have seen whales, dugongs, dolphins, turtles and sea snakes up close from our boat. I never... More

The timeless shallow bay with the world's largest sea-grass meadows filled with wildlife - dolphins everywhere, turtles, sharks, rays, and yes! - dugongs. Disliked? We came at a cold time when the big tides made the usually glass-clear water a bit turbid. Next time we'll come in August or thereabouts.
