Took the tour with friends and family. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided useful information. The tour was not overly strenuous and the stops very well laid out. There was good interaction for the kids, so they would stay interested and engaged. One of the best cave tours I've ever taken.

Alan was our guide, for our jewel cave tour and he was excellent. Very informative and very respectful of the space we were in. The stalactites, stalactites, the lace shawl, the organ and do much more. The lighting is very helpful for photography as long as you don't get jerks who ignore Alan's request not to use flash. Unfortunately we... More

A casual walk through Jewel Cave is an experience of a lifetime. You will be amazed by the natural limestone formations created over centuries of time. Take a powerful torch which you can use at various parts of the tour to improve your view and highlight formations and colour

Astounding natural wonder! The tourism development is very professional but not intrusive, and our young guide, Liam, was knowledgable and helpful. Visiting mid-winter meant we were a small group of only six, which was perfect. Don't miss this.

Awesome! Didn't really think much of it at the start but as you descend into the cave it lives up to its name. Be prepared to climb some stairs.

We arrived at 2.45pm and had just missed the 2.30pm tour so booked ourselves on the 3.30pm tour. While waiting we took the short walk to see the original opening of the cave, it was an easy walk. Then after the guide explained the rules of the cave, we entered. Wow! Much larger and impressive than we all thought. Our... More

It was beautiful and amazing cave. How the nature perform such beauty in the deep of the earth. I would like to stay more longer in the cave just to enjoy this cave.
