Our Tour Guide explained everything to us and let us experience cave darkness at the end of the tour. A... More

I did a tour of Jewel Cave recently and not only was the cave absolutely spectacular (seriously, go check it out) but our guide was great too. She was really bubbly and had a fun sense of humour. She also really knew her stuff which was great because my son kept asking her difficult questions! You should definitely pay this... More

Crusty was a great guide! The hour goes really quick...kids didn't even get board. They were amazed by everything around them. Well worth it!

Exceptionally beautiful cave and very large so many things to see. I enjoyed listening to the guide point out interesting features and explain some of the geology, such as the unique helictites. I also enjoyed experiencing 'cave darkness' at the end of the tour. I have done both Lake Cave and Jewel Cave now and personally prefer Lake Cave as... More

We were worried as we all had thongs on, no worry needed, it is Boardwalk all through, yet it dirs not detract from the stunning sights within the cave, it blends... We were lucky to be on a first morning tour, so our photos and views were not... More

On this trip to the South-West we decided to visit one of the many caves in the area. I choose the Jewel cave, mainly for the fact that it has a guided tour and not one of those self-guided ones with the headphones. Our guide was a wealth of information, open to any questions we had and he gave our... More

What an amazing place. We've been to Jenolan Caves and thought they were fantastic - this is beyond fantastic! Don't miss this if you're in the vicinity.
