Your guide Crusty is the genuine article - Crusty the Caveman, we call him! He is passionate and knowledgeable about all aspects of caves and local history. I reckon he'd sleep in the cave if he... There are lots of superlatives you could use for this magical place. But it was "truly amazing". Our guide "crusty" was very knowledgeable, easy to listen to and passionate about the cave. We experienced total blackness and silence when the lights were switched off, a unique opportunity, only in a cave. A must visit if you are in the area.

Of course we fully understand, it's quite mind-blowing to be standing face to face with a million years worth of sparkling delicate meticulously-formed cave crystal. And Rikki knows the cave... More

After the tour in this cave, it made me wish that I had time to visit the other one too! Our tour was conducted by Crusty who was seasoned and managed the group well. Besides giving detailed history of the cave and how the formations came about, he also worked in some humour and was happy to answer any questions.... More

I visited the cave with my aunt and 9 years old sun. The guide Crusty was absolutely perfect. Well informed, very professional and funny. It was a great pleasure.

Jewel Cave is absolutely worth the visit. I've been to a handful of caves, both tourist and more adventurous. Jewel Cave is stunning. It has been cared for, and protected, and so you see unspoiled formations. The infrastructure to get into the cave is first class. This makes it a great tour for the whole family (there are steps so... More

Outstanding cave. The guides are brilliant. The information given is understandable. As a local I have brought quite a few people to this cave and each time discover something new. I am also a local guide for another business and recommend that people come to this cave all the time. If you have time for only one cave then this... More

Our tour guide, Crusty, brought us on a tour around Jewel Cave. He was very friendly and seemed to know the cave inside out! At different parts of the cave, he would stop to point out certain formations and elaborate on them. The cave itself was simply majestic and beautiful. Definitely worth going to if you are in Margaret River.
