Right on the Camino so you must stop to light a candle and receive a stamp for your Pilgrim's passport. Very nice walk up and the church is huge. So glad is stopped to see it.

Lovely church, service very prompt. Rainy, windy, and cold out, a bit damp inside, but the seat warmers were a nice surprise.

Pontevedra is packed with beautiful religious buildings and churches made of stone with extraordinary surroundings that invites to strolls and stop to have an appetitive and an albarino wine.

Not entirely sure how much we liked this cathedral. It has some excellent stonework on the outside, particularly on the main facade, but the interior isn't that great. And the smell of damp was rather strong. It's a pity as Pontevedra is a great town, one of my favourites, and I'd wanted to like this cathedral more than I did.... More

A very worth place to visit - beautiful architecture - a mixture between church and furtress, though not that impressive as Stantiago de Compostella, but also a must, if you are in Pontevedra.

Very nice chapel, nestled on a hill, with a great view. Well worth visiting.
