My highlight on a our day trip to Capri, we fortunately went straight up a Anacapri, as it is much quieter in the mornings. I've been lucky enough to have been here twice. It is so calming, so peaceful and most of all so beautiful. Such care was devoted to making it the wonderful place it is. I would advise going either first thing in the morning or close to closing so that you avoid tour groups. A loud group is not what you... more

Amazing. I would recommend to read the "Story of San Michele" (Axel Munthe) before visiting Capri. Every piece of furniture in the villa has its own story. more

When you decide to go to Capri, forget the Grotto and go up to Ana Capri. It was absolutely one of the most beautiful views in the world. A true paradise. more

When I went to Capri I didn't even know this place existed - we were just walking along and saw the signs for it. Curiosity got the better of us and we went to look around. It only cost 5 euros to enter. The inside is small but pretty and all the signs were in English so it was nice... more
