We went to Europa Park the last week of October; it was all geared up for Halloween. The park was decorated beautifully with thousands of pumpkins, gourds and chrysanthemums which looked gorgeous, as well as halloweeny things like webs and spiders etc. There were some areas of Europe that had a school holiday, as well as the half term in... more

This attractions has all the benefits of Disney Land without the long queues, overpriced food and screaming children! The most fun of the lot is the EuroSat ride - so scary that your blood pressure and heart rate is taken BEFORE you can go on the trip! Not for the faint of heart or nerves..... The gardens of the park... more

We visited Europa Park with our two children (ages 11 & 12) in August 2009. The rides at Europa Park are the funest rides we've been on. The park has different areas that represent most country's in Europe, including Spain, Holland, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Italy... If you are in the Rust area I highly recommend a visit to the... more

I've been to Europa park a couple of weeks ago, with a group of friends, and I have to say: It was an amazing day! We are all in our 20s, but its definitely a place for people of all ages. If you're in Germany then you should definitelty go. My advise here is to spend more than one day... more

Came to Germany from New Zealand for a 4 week holiday and decided to drive the 200kms to Europa Park - and it was worth it. The rides were amazing, everywhere you look there is another ride. The theming is absolutely incredible. The Silver Star coaster was definitely the best coaster I've ever been on. For me the main pluses... more

English was not a problem what so ever. Europa park offers attractions, shows, entertainment for all ages. Even though we live in Switzerland, we will probably take advantage of a season pass and each time we... more

In the past 18months I have been to Europa Park, Alton Towers, Disneyland Paris and Portaventura with my husband and 4 children (aged 8-2). Europa Park was my favourite by a long way. We visited over the May Bank Holiday weekend and the park was very quiet. We did not have to queue at all. There were plenty of attractions... more

The Park is confusing to get around,a few decent rides masked buy a lot of clever landscaping and endless eateries. It was full of German teenagers ( as expected!) who were rude , loud and smoked constantly in all queues for food and rides. We travelled by public bus to the Park from Freiburg,it took over an hour . Don't... more

At the risk of being labelled an ugly American by all the Brits favorably reviewing this park, I've come to the conclusion that I very spoiled by living in the US - land of theme parks. Europa Park was a waste of my family's valuable time and tourist euros while in Germany. Not having been to Disneyland Paris I can... more
