We've been to most of the big parks in Europe and this is probably the best! Lots of big rides, medium rides, shows and while our food was only "ok" there were lots of other places to try (next time!) Big rides all have significant queues, 45 minutes average, so we took in a lot of smaller rides too which... More

Imagine a theme park where spectacular theming, rides and imagination appear in the heart of Europe, close to the borders of France and Switzerland, but with excellent ride reliability, little line waiting and no shameless over commercialisation. After visiting twice I can safely say that Europa Park is one of if not the best theme park I've ever been to.... More

As we were touring around France, we wanted to take our daughters to a theme park before going home. Not really heard about this place and as we had been to disney paris once before, we thought lets have a look, as not far from french boarder. What a good choice it turned out to be. This is a really... More

Europapark perhaps doesn't feature as spectacular roller coasters as Six Flags establishments in the US, but it's a great experience. This is THE BEST amusement park in Europe and lost have been written about it already. Some first hand tips from me: - Indeed, smoking is an issue - hundreds of German teenagers do not respect the signs and make... More

Visited late september 2014. Overall worth the cost and time spent. Pros: 1- relatively short waiting lines. The max we encountered was 45 minutes. 2-food was above average 3- educational. Areas of improvement: 1-Smoking was prevalent everywhere. Need to prohibit smoking and designate smoking areas.

There was already a free bus ride to take you to the park from Rust Hauptbanhof so it isn't really hard to locate this theme park. There are so many awesome attractions which is not only for young ages but my only pet peeve was that the waiting time was too long. It would take you hours that you wouldn't... More

My friends and I were given the advice to enter the park as early as possible and take the monorail to the back avoiding the waiting lines. But in my opinion, apart from the Poseidon-attraction which even is not special, they are not that long. Everything breathes German efficiency and loading systems are top notch. I never witnessed an attraction... More

The park is exquisit! The train rides fill you with adrenalin, the picnic places are lovely and the Halloween themed decorations are just stunning. I would recommend seeing the ice skating show, because it was beautiful. We also did the Horror Nights tour in the evening - I would again recommend the ice skating show, but before you go see...
