We went snorkeling on our own here. Catamarans bring you here for snorkel tours. We had a car and stopped off on the way back from the Lighthouse. I am glad we did. We spent quite a bit of time here. I would recommend bringing some fish food if you do this, the fish will surround you. (Aluminum foil with... More

Best in-shore snorkeling on the island. Do not waste money taking a tour boat because they take you right here. Do not waste time on driving to Baby Beach to snorkel, it is overcrowded and dangerous to snorkel with rough water. The actual beach is good too, the only problem is if you want to swim in the water without... More

from beginner to enthusiast, this beach has it. easy access, comfortable beach and it is where all the tours take people, so you know they feed the fish which brings a lot of them. and the tours are not overwhelming at all. snorkel areas a very big, so not crowded at all.

This beach has great walk-in snorkeling. Simply put on your gear and swim towards the snorkel tour boats anchored just offshore. In front of a very large modern-style house is a very dense area of rock, coral, and tons of fish--both in variety and in number. Take an underwater camera, there will be lots to shoot. There is a little... More

Tranquil, peaceful, sometimes almost empty beach, part of a trio (Arashi, Boca Catalina, Malmook). Beware however, it all changes dramatically if you happen to be there when the main tour operators in big catamaran boats descend on the beach all at the same time. Then you hear the loud music, the obnoxious sound of bullhorns, and the noise of the... More

Lots of snorkelers visit this spot. It's one of the better places in the Noord region. There is some parking and the beach is not that big, best to go early in the day.

We went here upon recommendations of the guys renting snorkel gear on palm beach and also on trip advisor reviews. I was expecting a larger beach.. It's small, which is fine. It was a $12 cab ride from the high rise district. There are a few palapas for shade. The snorkeling was alright. Saw three starfish, but most of the... More

Parking is difficult here so get there early. There is nothing special about this beach but the snorkeling is really good for northern Aruba. We saw star fish and live coral and all kinds of fish.

The beach is beautiful and the water is picturesque. However, if you are here to snorkel-you will see the sad state the coral are in. Like most public access areas with coral-the coral is mostly dead but with some patches of life trying to survive. There are fish to see and an occasional sea turtle but the coral is not... More
