For a unique, exciting and inexpensive experience, take your car onto the track and drive three laps behind a pace car. Although you can't zip around at 100 mph, the track is curvy enough that the ride is still exhilarating.

Great to watch races here, even better to be a driver racing here! One of the most challenging and rewarding tracks on which to compete.

Twice a day, at noon and 5:00, there is an opportunity to drive the 3+ mile long road course at Watkins Glen International. The pace car leads drivers on a three lap ride with time taken after the second lap for pictures on the finish line. The three laps are exhilarating, regardless of the type of car you bring. When... Made me long to own a great car to drive on that track. It was mid-week so no races were scheduled but we did get a peek at the grandstands and a car on the track.

I was in the area and heard from the locals there was some end of the season racing taking place. Had to stop by and take it in. What can you say about Watkins Glen International? It doesn't get much better.

For a small $25 fee, you can drive your own vehicle on "The Glen". My friend, a Nascar fan, drove and I was a passenger - what a thrill. Left me screaming but a wonderful memory.

It was really interesting to visit the track. The lady at the gate was super friendly. I was disappointed to find out that you can not take motorcycles around the track during the open track lap. They let dually pickups, SUBs even busses, but no motorcycles??? Anyway a neat place to visit but I don't understand the no bikes, and... More

We had so much fun driving on the Watkins Glen track! We paid the $25 and it was awesome to ride around in our car on the track! We even got the chance to take photos at the finish line!

We bought super expensive tickets for dinner during the wine festival. The dinner was not as advertised and a serious waste of money. We tried several emails to try and get a better explanation of the events description to no avail. Very disappointed with the staff and customer service.

Thank you for joining us for Finger Lakes Wine Festival presented by Yancey's Fancy. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy the Tasters' Banquet. Although you have made attempts to reach us, please contact us via racing@theglen.com. We will do the best we can to explain the event and let you know what we have planned for 2015. More

First off the vintage racing was excellent. Lots of former race cars and some very talented drivers put on a real good show for the fans. SVRA is probably the best at fender to fender racing for fun(no prizes paid) that you can find. The negative is the Watkins Glen ticket prices. $65 for three four days of racing is... More
