Prison Island is a nice place to visit for several hours. It has lots and lots of large torotises - interesting to see up close - and is lovely place just to have a walk around. The beach is also lovely for a swim. More

Fun to see the old tortoises! Oldest one 185 years old, and they walk around free in the park. A nice place for a quick tour. The snorkelling outside was nice too! Lovely island with nice white sand. More

What struck me at Changuu (Prison Island) is that none of the signs mentioned anything about slaves & the reason the prison was built. However, it was interesting to visit the island and the snorkeling, my first time ever, was amazing! We even spotted a stingray! More

Turtles are fun to watch. Can have a picnic here. Water ok for swim but poor for snorkeling. More

has a turtoise sanctuary founded by the British. The hotel is vastly overpriced so only had a drink there. The snorkeling is ok but there are better places. More

The giant tortoises are lovely. The island has not quite made up its mind what kind of attraction to be so the trip includes snorkelling after you've walked round. A good day out. More

Islands attractions are tortoises, which are fun because visiors are allowed to feed them, but othervise not much to do there.
