The never-ever and the second ever training programs are great. Our kids learned to ski on this hill. As an adult, when I don't want to work too hard on a hill, I enjoy this one as it takes little effort to navigate - and I'm not a great skier. Nice home town hill, good food in the lodge. Not... Dry hill is a great place to take your family to learn skiing, snowboarding or just to have fun snow tubing. Rates for lessons are very reasonable and the instructors are good.

I grew up near Dry Hill and learned to ski as a child... They offer chair lift and T-Bar with 2 great little slopes & snow boarding hill too! Wonderful fireplace to sit around in the lounge and great snack foods at the counter! They also offer Ski rentals, day passes, & seasons passes. Highly reccomended for learning to ski... More

I've hit slopes in other states but this was my first time at Dry Hill and I had an amazing time. Took my mom (who is well into her 50s) skiing here for her first time ever and she thoroughly enjoyed her skiing lesson with Mike. He was a fantastic instructor who possesses all the patience in the world. The... More

Dry Hill is a small local ski hill. Don't expect Breckenridge. Dry Hill is a FANTASTIC place for kids to learn to ski/snowboard.

Since I wasn't released for skiing by my physician, we went tubing on Dry Hill. Even as adults we had a blast. There's something about snow and speed that brings out the smiles in everyone. We laughed out loud, raced like the wind, crashed a few times, and warmed up next to the fire pit. It's a small town ski... More

Went a couple years back and will never return. Extremely crowded, overpriced, and cramped. My husband *tried* to teach me how to ski, which was a nightmare because of the high traffic of skiers and snowboarders. No room to just even stand without being ran over. Even if I did learn how to ski after all of that, one hill... More

Pretty nice place for something to do in the city limits, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, a fun day trip. A little higher in price than used to be, but everything has gone up

Great experience! We drove across the border from Kingston, Ontario and had a wonderful day. The never-ever lesson program is a great value, since it includes a 2-hour lesson and rental equipment for the day for $35! Try to get there an hour in advance to pay for your lesson and get your gear organized. We went on President's Day... More
